CONTAINER LID FOR A CONTAINER, AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FILLING A CONTAINER
A container lid for a container for holding liquid or paste-like products has a lid body, which can be fixed to a container housing of the container via a container opening. By a manually operable metering dispenser device a predefinable quantity of the product can be dispensed from the container housing through a product dispensing opening of the metering dispenser device when an actuating element of the metering dispenser device is actuated. A mixing device for the product located in the container has a displaceable mixing element, which is operatively connected to the actuating element of the metering dispenser device and which is displaced by an actuation of the actuating element. In a filling process, the container is filled with several product components and mixed in a mixing step with the aid of the mixing device located on the container lid before the container is sealed with the container lid.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYMER TUBE CONTAINING LIQUID AND BEING SEALED AT CONSTANT INTERVALS AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING POLYMER TUBE
Provided are a method and an apparatus for extruding into a tube and filling the tube at a high speed and simultaneously sealing the tube. Specifically provided is a method for producing a polymer tube, containing a liquid therein and being sealed at constant intervals, the method including an extrusion step of continuously melt-extruding a polymer material through a die into at least one tube, while feeding a liquid into the tube to obtain at least one liquid-containing tube; and sealing step of discontinuously pressing the at least one liquid-containing tube between a pair of pressurizing members at constant intervals to cause pressure-bonding before the tube solidifies, while continuously taking up the extruded tube.
FILLING DEVICE FOR FILLING A MEDICAL BAG, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A DEVICE AND PLANT FOR PRODUCING FLUID-FILLED MEDICAL BAGS
To further develop filling devices for filling a medical bag, in particular in terms of a massive basic body or massive filling blocks, proposes the invention a filling device for filling a medical bag with fluids comprising a basic body with fluid channels and valve seats, on which valve means can be arranged to adjust fluid volume flows passing through fluid channels, wherein the basic body is produced at least partially by means of an additive producing process.
Method for a filling valve, and a filling valve system
A filling valve system configured to discharge a predetermined volume of liquid product to individual packages is provided. The system comprises at least one filling valve; a controller configured to open the at least one filling valve thus allowing liquid product to be discharged and configured to close the at least one filling valve; and a flow meter configured to measure the amount of liquid product being discharged through the at least one filling valve. The system further comprises a pressure sensor configured to determine a pressure upstream of the at least one filling valve, wherein the controller is further configured to calculate an estimated discharge volume during a closing sequence of the at least one filling valve based on the determined pressure, and to initiate the closing sequence based on the estimated discharge volume.
Vacuum assisted nozzle and apparatus
An apparatus having a nozzle, a fluid flow conduit, a fluid flow discharge opening, a fluid flow discharge opening area, a fluid flow valve, a vacuum, a vacuum conduit, a vacuum opening, a vacuum valve, and a vacuum opening area wherein the vacuum opening is spatially proximate to the fluid flow discharge opening, the vacuum opening area to the fluid flow discharge opening area has a ratio of less than or equal to 1, and the fluid flow valve and vacuum valve are coupled.
Self closing and opening filling needle, needle holder, filler and method
An apparatus for filling a device having a penetrable septum and a sealed chamber. The apparatus includes a filling member engageable with the penetrable septum to penetrate the septum, port(s), and a closure. The closure and filling member are movable between (i) a first position wherein the closure closes the port(s), and (ii) a second position opening the port(s). The filling member and/or septum is movable relative to the other between (i) a first position wherein the filling member is spaced from the septum, and (ii) a second position wherein the filling member is penetrated through the septum and in communication with the sealed chamber. A locking device is movable between (i) a locked position locking the closure and/or filling member in the first position, and (ii) an unlocked position allowing movement of the closure and/or filling member relative to the other and into the second position.
Device for connecting or filling and method
A valve comprises a shell, a flexible valve member sealingly mounted within the shell, and a valve body mounted atop the flexible valve member within the shell. The flexible member is moveable between closed and open positions to allow the flow of fluid therethrough. The valve is engageable with a filling device having flow ports and a surrounding closure. The closure and/or the shaft is movable between (i) a first position wherein the closure closes the port(s), and (ii) a second position opening the port(s). Alternatively, the valve may comprise a portion of a female connector and the filling device may comprise a portion of a male connector to form an aseptic fluid connector for the aseptic transfer of fluid therethrough.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FILLING A PRODUCT INTO A CONTAINER
An apparatus for filling a product into a container is provided. The apparatus can include a filling unit that can deliver the product into the container. The filling unit can include a pump and a filling nozzle at its one end. The apparatus can also include a drive unit for moving the container in relation to the filling unit between a first position, in which a bottom end of the container is arranged at a maximum distance from the filling nozzle, and a second position, in which the bottom end of the container is arranged at a minimum distance from the filling nozzle. A controller can control delivery of the product through the filling nozzle and control the drive unit.
Container treatment plant and method for displacing a valve or a diverting unit of a container treatment plant
A container treatment plant and a method for displacing an element of a valve or a diverting unit of a container treatment plant. The container treatment plant comprises at least one element for treating containers. The element is part of a valve or a diverting unit. The container treatment plant also comprises a displacing unit for displacing the element between a first position and a second position, wherein the displacing unit comprises a magnetically operating actuator such that a rotary motion caused by the actuator displaces the element with the aid of a mechanism between its first and second positions.
