SYSTEMS FOR ENCASING ARTICLES IN A PROTECTIVE WRAP
Systems for encasing articles such as forage or crop bales in a protective wrap are disclosed. In some embodiments, the system includes a packing conveyor that at least partially extends through a wrapping device for stretching a tube of wrapping material as articles pass through the wrapping device and into the protective wrap.
Method for Adjustment of System for Filling of Big Bags, and System for Filling of Big Bags
A system for (1) for filling of big bags (4) of various heights with material and a method for adjusting thereof, wherein a big bag (4) is to be placed with its filling spout (3) around an outer pipe (6) and the bottom (2) of the big bag (4) rests on an underlying surface (7). The outer pipe (6) is telescopically engaged to a feed pipe (5). The feed pipe (5) is in sections extendible. The feed pipe (5) is designed to fill a determined quantity of material in a vertical stream from an overlying dosage unit (8) via the outer pipe (6) and down into the big bag (4). The feed pipe (5) at its upper connection (5.3) includes at least one radial continuous interface surface design to attach to another feed pipe's (5.2) downward facing rim (5.6) or to the underside of the dosage unit (8.2).
TRANSPORT SYSTEM FOR POURABLE AND FLOWABLE MEDIA HAVING A COUPLING DEVICE
The invention relates to a transport system for pourable and flowable media having a coupling device (56), consisting of at least one first connection part (14) and a plurality of further connection parts (54), which are connected to the first connection part (14) by means of flexible, tubular connecting parts (16), which can be blocked by means of at least one closing device (68), after the release of which the connecting part (16) that can be associated is open for media transport, wherein, after media transport has occurred along a specified transport path, said transport path is blocked by means of a separate blocking device or is closed again by the closing device (68).

Apparatus for packaging batches of products packed in cartons or in wrapping film
An apparatus for wrapping batches of products for insertion into a carton includes a lifter for lifting a batch from a first height to a second height at which a pusher pushes the batch into a tunnel toward a loading zone along a direction of movement, a station for feeding wrapping film to a folder that supports and guides the film around the tunnel; a longitudinal sealer configured to join two longitudinal flaps of the film to form a tubular shape; a transverse sealer positioned close to a rear end of the tunnel for joining the top and bottom flaps of the tubular film; and a pair of panels for containing/retaining the batch coming out from the tunnel; the panels being slideable along respective side walls of the tunnel to modify the operating length of the tunnel.

Formatting container
A container for use in a scale or combination scale, for example, which is used as formatting container includes two or more side walls, whose position with respect to each other is variable. The outlet of the container is closed by two or more opening flaps that are pivotable or swingable and, therefore, can release the outlet of the container. A common drive moves the side walls and the opening flaps. Therefore, a container can be entirely emptied, as blocked or accumulated product parts can drop downwards via enlargement of the cross section of the container by a movement of the side walls.
