ROLLER BEARING
Provided is a roller bearing in which a restraining force of a seal member is further strengthened. The roller bearing includes: an outer ring having an outer ring raceway surface on an inner peripheral surface; an inner ring having an inner ring raceway surface on an outer peripheral surface; a plurality of rolling elements rotatably arranged between the outer ring raceway surface and the inner ring raceway surface; and a seal member that is fixed to a seal attachment groove formed in an axially end portion of the outer ring by a snap ring and seals an axially end portion of a bearing internal space between the outer ring and the inner ring, in which an outer diameter of the seal member is larger than an outer diameter of the snap ring in the seal attachment groove, and in which a radially outer end portion of the seal member is sandwiched between an inner peripheral surface of the seal attachment groove and an outer peripheral surface of the snap ring.
DENTAL DEVICE FOR REMOVING A PARTIALLY OR FULLY OSSEOINTEGRATED DENTAL IMPLANT
The present invention relates to a dental device (1) for removing a dental implant (2) which is at least partially or fully osseointegrated with a patient's jaw (3), comprising: a head portion (6) for rotatingly holding a dental tool (7) for unscrewing the dental implant (2); and a driving means for applying a torque to the dental tool (7) for unscrewing the dental implant (2); characterized in that the driving means is further adapted to apply pulsed torques (τ; τ.sub.1, τ.sub.2, τ.sub.3) to the dental tool (7) to unscrew the dental implant (2).

Dental light using LEDs
A dental light comprises at least one light emitting diode light source configured to produce a light beam and at least one collimating lens system situated to receive the light beam. The collimating lens system is configured to collect and collimate the light beam. The collimating lens system can additionally modify the beam through controlled diffusion or shape the beam using an aperture.
Augmented reality guidance for dental procedures
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to systems, devices and methods for performing a surgical step or surgical procedure with visual guidance using an optical head mounted display. Aspects of the present disclosure relate to systems, devices and methods for displaying, placing, fitting, sizing, selecting, aligning, moving a virtual implant on a physical anatomic structure of a patient and, optionally, modifying or changing the displaying, placing, fitting, sizing, selecting, aligning, moving, for example based on kinematic information.
Nanoceramic dental prosthetic
A method of installing a dental prosthetic device includes securing a first guide member to an alveolar arch in a mouth of a patient. The first guide member is utilized to achieve a substantially planar bone surface along the alveolar arch. A second guide member is coupled with the first guide member. The second guide member is utilized to install one or more implants in the alveolar arch through substantially planar bone surface. A dental prosthetic is secured to the one or more implants. The dental prosthetic includes nanoceramic material.
Zygomatic Dental Implant Guide and Method of Use
A zygomatic implant guide apparatus includes a first surgical guide conforming to a patient's maxillary region, and a second surgical guide that also conforms to the patient's maxillary region. The first and second surgical guides include maxillary sinus windows, and the second surgical guide includes at least one bushing sleeve. A bushing is provided for insertion into the bushing sleeve, extending into the patient's maxillary sinus in order to engage and govern the position of a zygomatic implant drill as it travels through the patient's maxillary sinus to engage the patient's zygomatic bone.
Augmented reality enhancements for dental practitioners
A processing device receives, from an image capture device associated with an augmented reality (AR) display, a plurality of images of a face of a patient. The processing device selects a subset of the plurality of images that meet one or more image selection criteria. The selection comprises determining, from the plurality of images, a first image that represents a first position extreme for the face; determining, from the plurality of images, a second image that represents a second position extreme of the face; selecting the first image; and selecting the second image. The processing device further generates a model of a jaw of the patient based at least in part on the subset of the plurality of images that have been selected.
Bone foundation guide system and method
A bone foundation guide system has a bone foundation guide including a body that is contoured to reversibly affix to a bone segment of a dental implant surgical site. The body is further contoured to guide the cutting of a portion of the bone segment from a dental implant surgical site and alternatively support a dental implant surgical guide. The body is further contoured to support a bone foundation guide prosthesis as an alternative to the dental implant surgical guide. The bone foundation guide prosthesis combines with the body to accommodate the bone segment portion as placed through the body prior to the bone segment portion being removed from the dental implant site through the use of the body.
Housing assembly for periodontal endoscopic probe
An assembly for aiding field use of an endoscopic probe is disclosed. The assembly includes a housing assembly for an endoscopic probe and a compatible holder for the housing assembly. The housing assembly includes a tubular conduit for receiving the endoscopic probe and a plug coupled along a distal end of the tubular conduit. The holder includes a pre-configured arm for facilitating an exploration of a pre-determined quadrant of an oral cavity. The explorer includes a plug receiver. Upon coupling the plug receiver with the inversely matching plug, the tubular conduit passes through the opening and into the third axial channel.
