ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY ANIMAL WASTE BAG
The renewable, biodegradable, and compostable waste manure bag made from virgin or recycled kraft paper specially designed for the collection of animal waste, such as domestic dogs, will allow the user quickly and easily collect and dispose the pet waste. The waste bag has an innovative design and is environmentally friendly. Further, the waste bag has a feature promoting its closure as to isolate the pathogens for better waste management, containing in its formulation a variety of reagents on its inner surface to neutralize pathogens and aromas. The same material can accelerate the composting and reintegration into the soil.
Woven plastic bags with angled and/or radial cuts
A woven plastic bag having features that further prevent leakage of contents out of the bag, or infestation of organisms into the contents of the bag is provided. In various aspects the bag can be fabricated from a woven polymer layer and a film layer, can form a pinch bottom bag, and can have one or both sides include graphics and/or printing. The bag can also provide a top end and/or a bottom end either or both of which provide a discrete area which may contain discrete graphics and/or printing. The bag can have an end with a step cut configuration, wherein the step cut configuration includes one or more angled and/or radial cuts between separations.
Container comprising a microcellular structure
The invention relates to a container (30), in particular a bottle (30), for storing and optionally applying a liquid, solvent-containing compositions, having a multi-layer wall (20) comprising at least one side wall of the bottle, the bottom of the bottle and optionally a discharge region at the opening of the bottle, the multi-layer wall (20) comprising at least an inner layer (21), a barrier layer (22) and an outer layer (23), the barrier layer (22) being adapted to form a barrier for oxygen and/or water vapour, the inner layer (21) and/or the outer layer (23) having a microcellular structure (24), the microcellular structure (24) having fluid bubbles (25), and the fluid bubbles (25) being product of a physically and/or chemically introduced blowing agent. Moreover, the invention relates to a method for producing a container, in particular a bottle (30) for storing and optionally applying a liquid, solvent-containing composition, having a multi-layer wall (20), as well as use of a multi-layer wall (20) for producing the container (30).
Polymeric films and bags
The present invention is directed to a method of incrementally stretching polymeric film formed from a blown film extrusion process. The present invention is further directed to a polymeric bag formed from an incrementally stretched polymeric film. The incremental stretching is performed on a collapsed polymeric bubble via a pair of intermeshing rollers. The incrementally stretched polymeric film may be stretched only along a portion of its width. The polymeric bag may be a drawstring trash bag with an extended hem where only the extended hem of the bag or the body of the bag comprises incrementally stretched polymeric film.
SEALANT, BAG FOR TRANSPORTING AND PACKAGING SILICON MATERIAL
A packaging material used for a bag for transporting of a silicon material is a laminate in which a first resin base, barrier, second resin base, resin, and sealant layers are laminated in that order. A resin layer indentation elastic modulus is smaller than an indentation elastic modulus of each of the first and second resin base layers by one or more orders of magnitude, a sealant layer indentation elastic modulus is smaller than a first resin base layer indentation elastic modulus of and a second resin base layer indentation elastic modulus by one or more orders of magnitude, and a difference between the first resin base layer indentation elastic modulus and the second resin base layer indentation elastic modulus is smaller than a difference between the second resin base layer indentation elastic modulus and the indentation elastic modulus of the resin layer.
MULTI-COMPARTMENT RETORT PACKAGE
A retortable package includes a body defining a perimeter and a peripheral seal formed along the perimeter of the body. The peripheral seal includes at least one peripheral self-venting region and at least one peripheral non-venting region. The retortable package further includes an intermediate seal formed within the perimeter of the body and contiguous with the peripheral seal. The intermediate seal divides the body into two compartments. The compartments receive respective products therein. Upon heating of the products, the intermediate seal ruptures before the at least one peripheral self-venting region ruptures. Further, the at least one peripheral self-venting region ruptures before the at least one peripheral non-venting region ruptures.
Coated packaging products, systems and methods
In a method of forming a coated bag for pre-treating an item stored in the bag, a bag is provided, having a sidewall extending from a closed bottom end to an open top end and defining an interior surface of a cavity. The bag is expanded from a flattened condition to an expanded condition. At least one adhesive dispenser is inserted through the open top end of the bag into the cavity. An adhesive is applied from the at least one inserted adhesive dispenser to form an adhesive coating on the interior surface of the cavity. A particulate dispenser is inserted through the open top end of the bag into the cavity. A particulate is discharged from the inserted particulate dispenser to embed the particulate in the adhesive coating. The adhesive coating is dried to retain the embedded particulate on the interior surface of the sidewall.
Packaging bag
An object is to provide a packaging bag that can be suitably used with provision of a score line. The packaging bag has a rectangular shape formed by overlapping film sheets and sealing at least three edges thereof to form a container part. In the packaging bag, a score line, in which the strength of the film is reduced, is formed on the container part away from the seal part in plan view. The packaging bag further includes a notch formed in at least one edge among the three edges and serving as a start point for breaking the film when the container part is to be opened. The score line is formed along a straight line extending from the notch to an edge facing the edge in which the notch is formed, in a direction perpendicular to the edge in which the notch is formed.
