A package of reclosable bags and method of packaging the same including a roll having a number x of reclosable bags each having opposite first, and second panels joined along corresponding first and second sides thereof and a mouth having a width defined therebetween. The mouth having a closure member along its width, and a slider for opening and closing the reclosable bag offset along the closure member relative to the slider of each adjacent reclosable bag in the roll. The roll of reclosable bags rolled about an axis parallel with the mouth of each bag and housed in a container having a plurality of walls defining a compartment. The container having a cross-sectional area linearly correlated with the number of reclosable bags in the roll defined by an equation of cross-section=m(x)+b.

There is disclosed a bag having a tubular body with a top open end and a bottom closed end. The tubular body has a larger open diameter at the top open end. The tubular body narrows into a narrower open diameter adjacent to a bottom closed end. The tubular body in a flattened two-fold condition has a pair of side edges extending from a top edge to a bottom edge. The top edge delimits the top open end. The bottom edge delimits the bottom closed end. The pair of side edges are generally parallel to one another in a first portion adjacent to the top edge.

Multiple, separable disposal bags for tampons and pads are wrapped around a center roll. Each bag is connected to the next bag on the roll by a seam that includes a slit and a series of perforations separating connection points between the bags. A bag tail secures the first bag to itself by a bag tail that has an adhesive portion and a free, tab portion. The adhesive portion is attached to the first bag at a first zone and to a different portion of the first bag at a second zone. A user can pull on the free-tab portion of the bag tail to detach the second zone of the adhesive portion from the first bag. The first zone of the adhesive portion remains attached to the first bag after the first bag is detached from the subsequent bag at their seam.

A roll of plastic bags, wherein the action of tearing a bag off the roll opens each bag. The present invention interrupts or vitiates the static cling that prevents the bag from being opened without licking or moistening fingers. A small adhesive patch is glued on the perforation line between bags, spanning both bags on the roll. Tearing off a bag causes the patch to rip out a small portion of the bag's mouth. Static cling is interrupted, and the bag can be opened.
