Bags with marks and systems of making same
A system for manufacturing bags with counting marks includes a workstation for making bags, and a coding machine for spraying counting marks on the bags. The coding machine includes a main body, a fixing structure and a spraying gun. The main body has ink cartridges for providing ink and a pressure mechanism to spray the ink through the spraying gun. The spraying gun is fixed to a fixing structure and connected to the main body via a cable such that the ink of the ink cartridges is operably moved from the ink cartridge to the spraying gun via the cable. The cable includes channels, each channel adapted for delivering a respective color of the ink. The spraying gun includes nozzles coupled to the channels for spraying the ink on the bags so as to form the counting marks thereon.
BAG CONFIGURATION FOR PAIL
A bag for waste disposal is disclosed. The bag has a tubular body with a top open end and a bottom closed end, the tubular body having a first section adjacent the top open end, and at least a second section adjacent to the bottom closed end. The first section has a greater stretchability than the second section. The tubular body in a flattened two-fold condition has a pair of side edges extending from a top edge to a bottom edge, the top edge delimiting the top open end, the bottom edge delimiting the bottom closed end.
Multi-Compartment Plastic Bag
A multi-compartment resealable plastic storage bag includes a front bag surface, a rear bag surface, a left outer seal, a right outer seal, a bottom edge, at least one inner seal, at least one inner perforated line, and a plurality of fastening mechanism. The front bag surface and the rear bag surface are perimetrically connected to each other by the left outer seal, the right outer seal, and the bottom edge. The front bag surface and the rear bag surface are connected to each other through the at least one inner seal thus delineating a multiple compartments. The at least one perforated line traverses along the at least one inner seal so that the multiple compartments can be separated when necessary. The plurality of fastening mechanism is positioned parallel to the bottom edge and integrated in between the front bag surface and the rear bag surface.
Attachable bag dispenser
A receptacle-liner dispenser for dispensing disposable liners is provided. The dispenser may include a liner holder including one or more walls. The one or more walls may preferably define an interior configured for storing the liners. The one or more walls may include a dispensing region configured for providing a passageway between the interior and an exterior of the holder. The dispenser may further include one or more tabs projecting exteriorly from the holder. The tabs may be configured to perform a releasable securing of the dispenser to a surface.
Bagger safety system
A bagger safety system includes a controller, a heating element, a light-emitting device, a light-detecting device and a backing assembly. The backing assembly includes a backing bar, a pair of reflectors and a seal backing element movably coupled to the backing bar by at least one mechanical force generating member so as to create a space between the seal backing element and the backing bar when no external force is applied to the mechanical force generating member. Light emitted from a light-emitting device reflects off the reflectors to the light-detecting device when no external force is applied to the mechanical force generating member. Movement of the seal backing element toward the backing bar prevents light emitted from the light-emitting device from reaching the light-detecting device and the controller controls movement of the backing assembly toward the heating element based on whether light from light-emitting device reaches the light-detecting device.
Center-Pull Bag Dispenser Without Separate End-Forms
An improved package for core-less rolls of bags provides a shrink-wrap film around the bag having differential shrinkage to better accommodate the roll form
Tear open bag
An exemplary web of preformed bags includes first and second layers, first and second side, first and second side seals proximate the first and second edges, a plurality of transverse seals extending between the first and second side edges, an opening in the first layer, and a line of separation in the second layer, a first line of weakness in the first layer. The first line of weakness has a plurality of gaps having no perforations in a region between the plurality of openings in the first layer and the plurality of traverse seals.
BAG ROLL CASSETTE AND METHOD OF USE
There is disclosed a bag having a tubular body with a top open end and a bottom closed end. The tubular body has a larger open diameter at the top open end. The tubular body narrows into a narrower open diameter adjacent to a bottom closed end. The tubular body in a flattened two-fold condition has a pair of side edges extending from a top edge to a bottom edge. The top edge delimits the top open end. The bottom edge delimits the bottom closed end. The pair of side edges are generally parallel to one another in a first portion adjacent to the top edge.
Infinity Bag
The purpose of the infinity bag invention is to evolve the process of single use trash bags. By evolving this process, consumers will have a more convenient way to take out the trash, while saving time and hassle. The Infinity Bag is uniquely folded, rolled (2,2) and packaged and uses adhesive technology (4,4) to connect single trash bags together in a pre nested order creating the continuous connection. Pre nested bags allow the consumer to be provided a new bag instantly, when a full trash bag is removed. Removing the time and hassle of locating the box or roll and putting a new trash bag in each use. Other benefits for the consumer include the easy ability of double bagging heavy loads of trash. When a full bag is lifted, a new bag is instantly provided, which can be detached and placed around the full trash bag.
BAG WITH CUTS
An exemplary web of preformed bags includes first and second layers, first and second side, first and second side seals proximate the first and second edges, a plurality of transverse seals extending between the first and second side edges, an opening in the first layer, and a line of separation in the second layer, and first and second cuts in the first and second side seals. The first and second cuts are configured to reduce or eliminate a breaking force necessary to break the first and second side seals when the web is torn along the line of separation.
