A two-way reusable shipping container has a plurality of flexible walls, the walls surrounding an internal cavity when the shipping container is in an open state. A pouch is located on a first wall of the plurality of flexible walls, and is configured to form a pocket into which the walls of the shipping container are collapsed when the shipping container is in a compact state. A closure device is configured to retain the shipping container in the pocket in the compact state. In some embodiments, the shipping container includes inflatable pillows, each pillow being secured to one of the walls. In some embodiments, the pouch inverts when the shipping container is converted between the open and compact states, such that interior surfaces of the pocket when the shipping container is in the open state become exterior surfaces of the pocket when the shipping container is in the compact state.

An easy open and reclosable package 110 is provided including a package body formed from a flexible film having a heat sealable inner layer, an outer layer, and a pressure sensitive adhesive disposed between the inner layer and the outer layer. A transverse end seam 118, 120 with a heat seal region 122, 124 is disposed across a transverse end of the package body and has at least a portion of a patterned die cut formed in the heat sealable inner layer therein, so as to allow a portion of the inner layer to delaminate and expose a portion of the pressure sensitive adhesive in the heat seal region when the transverse end seam is opened to form a substantially full opening in the transverse end of the package body. Flexible films and methods for fabrication of the flexible films and packages also are provided.

A reusable multi-access shopping bag apparatus is presented. The invention relates to a reusable, flat fold, multipurpose bag that is usable for carrying groceries, shopping/carrying, restaurant take out, or carrying any other desired type of items. The bag includes one or more flaps with fasteners on one or more of the front wall, back wall or side walls. The multi-access opening provides for direct vertical or horizontal access to items inside the bag.

In one embodiment, a collapsible, flexible storage tank is provided that is capable of holding a liquid material. The tank includes a sheet of flexible, moisture impervious side wall material; at least one opening for receiving a fitting to fill and drain the tank; joining seams wherein edges of the sheet are joined, the seams extending about the tank in a spiral orientation; and closing seams wherein the side ends of the pillow tank are sealed. In another aspect, a collapsible, flexible storage tank is capable of holding a liquid. The tank includes a sheet of flexible side wall material; at least one opening for receiving a fitting to fill and drain the tank; and butt seams wherein edges of the flexible sheet are joined together in the same plane in a butt joint configuration using an overlapping piece of flexible, moisture impervious sealed material over the top thereof.

A watermelon pouch designed with a gusseted floor to accommodate a large watermelon slice. The pouch provides an upwardly concave interior volume to orient and stabilize a watermelon for best presentation and least damage, and sturdy sidewalls to support the pouch and contained watermelon on a flat surface. The pouch is re-closable by a zip-lock seal and includes a handle for easy carrying. A flexible pouch comprising a first panel and a second panel. In one embodiment there is a first compartment and a second compartment formed between the first panel and the second panel. A top seal is positioned along the top of the first panel and the second panel above the first compartment and the second compartment. A locking child proof slider assembly is configured to close the top seal in one direction and permit access to the compartments in the other direction. Below the top seal and just above the compartments is a zip seal. The zip seal is reclosable and helps maintained the upper edge of the compartments keeping the contents in place and fresh. The first compartment includes at least one sidewall formed from the first panel and the second panel and at least one seam wherein the sidewalls of the first compartment are opaque to as to prevent visibility of the contents of the first compartment. An NFC tag may also be provided.
