REUSABLE BAG
The disclosure provides a container (or bag) that is sufficiently rigid stand on its own yet is sufficiently flexible for a user to deform the bag to create a pour spout. Due to this balance of rigidity and flexibility, when open, the opening of the container maintains a shape and dimension that gives easy, one handed, access to the contents and allows contents to be poured into the container without need of support. The bag has a closure that may include a rod that nests within a channel. The rod and channel can be configured such that the rod can be pressed into the channel and pulled out of the channel repeatedly without causing damage to the container, thereby creating a convenient container for carrying food, or other items.
FLEXIBLE PACKAGE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING
A flexible package assembly may include a pouch configured to hold a fluid, a valve fluidly coupled with the pouch and having an open outlet, the valve defining a conduit through which the fluid may be directed to the open outlet responsive to pressure being applied to the pouch to force the fluid toward the valve. A frangible seal may be disposed between the pouch and the open outlet of the valve or disposed within the valve at the open outlet, the frangible seal may be configured to retain the fluid within the pouch until the frangible seal is broken by the pressure applied to the pouch.

Material bag
A material bag includes a bag body and a sleeve on the bag body. A periphery of an opening of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of flexible tabs. An interval is defined between every two of the tabs. The tabs are separated from each other by the interval and connected to the periphery of the opening of the sleeve, so they can be independently flipped to form force-bearing faces to be clamped by a clamping device. When the folded material bag is used for powder/particle material packaging, the clamping device will act on the tabs for clamping the sleeve of the material bag. The clamping device can complete the transfer of the material bag and the connection between the sleeve of the material bag and a filling cylinder.

Optimized system, box and bag for packing, shipping, storing and displaying produce
Produce boxes and bags for shipping produce, e.g., bananas, utilize ventilation structures that allow for ventilation therethrough. A method of assembling produce boxes provides for cutouts that serve as ventilation structures in the boxes. When the produce boxes are stacked such as on a shipping pallet, the ventilation structures allow for ventilation of through the stacked boxes. Produce may be packed in a bag, which is closed with a rip cord and inserted into a produce box. The rip cord may be accessed when the box is in a stack such as on a shipping pallet, such that the rip cord may be pulled thereby opening the bag, without removing the box from the stack.
NEEDLE PROTECTOR
A needle protector, having a flexible material, a pocket defining an internal volume, a wrapping strap having a plurality of holes, and a main body disposed between the pocket and the wrapping strap; at least one rigid body or cylinder for placement within the internal volume; and; a pin for placement within one of the plurality of holes, wherein the pin is capable of releasably locking the pocket and the main body when the wrapping strap is wrapped around the pocket and the main body.

Food bag closure assembly
A food bag closure assembly includes a clip that has a pair of jaws being biased against each other for closing an opened food bag. A gas unit is provided that stores an inert gas and the gas unit is integrated into the clip. The gas unit is in fluid communication with an interior of the food bag when the clip is positioned on the food bag. Moreover, the gas unit is actuated to release a pre-determined volume of the inert gas each time the clip is closed. In this way the gas unit injects the inert gas into the food bag for extending the shelf life of food contained in the food bag.
REUSABLE COOKING BAG
A reusable cooking bag having first and second panels joined at a perimeter seam to form a cavity between the first panel and the second panel, and at least one preformed folding seam comprising a line of reduced thickness of at least one of the first panel and the second panel. The least one folding seam extends along a direction of the opening and is spaced from the opening to provide a discrete location at which the first panel and the second panel can be folded.
