The device comprises a body formed at least partially from a sheet of a multilayer complex and a neck portion extending from the body and formed from a multilayer complex. At least one layer of the multilayer complex of the body comprises at least one pulverulent filler in a mass proportion of greater than or equal to 5% of a total mass of the at least one layer. The neck portion lacks any pulverulent filler material in the multilayer complex of the neck portion and the multilayer complex of the body comprises at least one barrier layer formed from metal.
