LAUNDRY PRODUCT HAVING A DRAIN BACK CLOSURE
A laundry product including a liquid composition having a pH from 1 to 6; and a container including a base, a sidewall extending from said base to a neck; and a closure. The closure includes a top profile having a spud projecting from the interior surface thereof and engaged with a main body; an abutment in the main body sealingly engaged with the spud, wherein the abutment extends around a longitudinal axis; a collar engaged with the abutment and oriented away from the top profile; a floor peripherally bounded by the abutment; a sealing member that is at least part of the floor, wherein the sealing member is peripherally bounded by a frangible boundary extending around the longitudinal axis; a tab extending from the sealing member towards the top profile; wherein the sealing member and the abutment are a continuous single constitutive material.

CAP
An annular protruding portion (17) is provided around an inner plug (13) at a radial interval on an annular horizontal wall portion (20) of a cap body 4. Between an annular flange portion (43a) of the inner plug (13) and the annular protruding portion (17), an annular accumulating groove portion (33) is provided. Particularly in the case of a liquid content, the liquid content may be scattered from within a cylindrical guide portion (42) when a lid member (5) is placed after use. The liquid content, however, is blocked by the annular protruding portion (17) and prevented from flowing further outward, while interfering with a top surface portion (51) and a cylindrical scattering suppression portion (55) of the lid member (5). Thus, downward flow of the liquid content along the outer wall surface of the annular horizontal wall portion (20) of a main cap member (11) can be suppressed.

RETAINING MEMBER AND INSULATING VESSEL INCORPORATING SAME
A retaining member and a vacuum-insulated vessel are disclosed. The retaining member includes a frustoconical body, a cylindrical skirt extending from the frustoconical body, and a deformable member extending along an inner surface of the frustoconical body. The deformable member may have multiple layers. An opening extends through the frustonical body, so that the neck of a bottle may pass therethrough. The vacuum-insulated vessel includes the aforementioned retaining member and a double-walled structure, and is able to receive and secure bottles having different heights and widths. The vacuum-insulated vessel also eliminates condensation from external surfaces of a bottle positioned therein, maintains the initial temperature of the bottle, and allows a user to pour from the bottle without having to remove the bottle from the vessel.
SAMPLE VESSEL
A sample vessel (1, 11) for transferring and analyzing a sample with analyzer instrument, which sample vessel comprises an elongated vessel body (2, 12) for containing the sample and a hinged cap (3, 13) connected in top end area of the vessel body, and the cross-section of the vessel body (2, 12) on a transversal plane in relation to the lengthwise center axis of the vessel body the inner surface of the vessel body is rotationally asymmetrical in relation to the lengthwise center axis, wherein the sample vessel (1, 11) comprises a surface (5, 15) extending upwards from the vessel body, which surface partially surrounds the edge of the cap (3, 13), when the cap is in closed position.
Tooth protector for beverage bottle and beverage bottle enclosure
Tooth protector devices are disclosed for attachment to the top of a bottle to provide protection against injury, including chipping of teeth that can occur during drinking from a glass bottle. One embodiment comprises a concentric sleeve with top lip for insertion over the end of a bottle. Sleeve inner portion is adapted for engaging the bottle outer surface to hold the sleeve in place. The outer and top portions of the sleeve protect the consumer from the top edge of the bottle. When installed, a tooth protector according to the present invention cushions the teeth and mouth from any blunt force or impact that can occur when a bottle is hit or knocked. Also disclosed is a beverage cap with cushioned outer and upper surfaces that remain in place on the beverage bottle after opening the bottle to protect the consumer, and another bottle enclosure without such cushioned surfaces.
