TETHERED PLASTIC STOPPER
The present invention relates to tethered plastic stopper having a tamper band having an offset wall, a closure shell having a peripheral wall, and a hinge connected to the closure shell and a bottom edge attached to the tamper band. The closure shell is also separably connected to the tamper band through a weakness line. The peripheral wall extends around a portion perimeter of the stopper forming a first end at one edge of the peripheral wall and a second end edge at the other edge of the peripheral wall. The offset wall extends between the first and second ends of the peripheral wall at the opposite of the hinge.
TETHERED PLASTIC STOPPER
The present invention includes a tethered plastic stopper having a tamper band, a closure shell having a plurality of tongues, and a hinge attached at a bottom portion to the tamper band and attached at a top portion to the closure shell. The closure shell is separably connected to the tamper band through a weakness line. The plurality of tongues each extend outwardly relative to the periphery of the stopper and being positioned around a periphery of the stopper.

Closure with spring loaded tether docking
A closure for a container has an integral tether section of the closure skirt attached to a tamper band at frangible sections. In the open position, the tether section has a free length providing for a plurality of resiliently docked closure positions retaining the closure on the container and not interfering with the transfer of contents therefrom.

Fusion Packaging
Disclosed herein are fusion packaging and fusion packages. A package includes a frame which provides structure, a sidewall fused to the frame, and a cap connected to one end of the frame. Another package includes a sleeve, a cap fused to one end of the sleeve, and a seal configured to be fused to a remaining end of the sleeve after filling with content. Another package includes a frame, a film fused to the frame, a cap connected to one end of the frame, and a seal connected to another end of the frame, where one of the cap and seal are connected to the frame after material placement. Sealed edges are formed at junctures between a frame, sleeve, or cap and a sidewall or film when frame, sleeve, or cap material embeds with sidewall or film material.

Fluid transport container
A fluid transport container is described that comprises a wall and a valve assembly. The wall defines a hollow cavity and an aperture that extends across the wall. An extendable tube is moveable to extend out from the hollow cavity. A biasing member is provided to extend the extendable tube from the hollow cavity. The valve assembly can move between an open position and a closed position to control the flow of fluids from the container. Optionally, a trigger assembly is coupled to the valve assembly to move the valve between the open and closed positions. The trigger assembly comprises a trigger shaft that extends through the wall, to provide a trigger handle that is accessible from outside the hollow cavity. Optionally, the container includes a handle that extends away from an exterior surface of the wall and the trigger handle is positioned between the handle and the wall.
