Threaded tubular end protector
A thread protector that has an external sleeve to protect threads disposed on a tubular member. The thread protector includes a flange disposed on a first end of the external sleeve to be engageable with an end of the tubular member. The thread protector also includes a securing apparatus extending from the flange to frictionally engage an inner side of the tubular member to maintain the thread protector's engagement with the tubular member, the securing apparatus including a magnet that increases the force of the frictional engagement of the securing apparatus with the inner side of the tubular member. The securing apparatus can also extend from the flange to frictionally engage an inner side of the tubular member to maintain the thread protector's engagement with the tubular member, the securing apparatus rotatable relative to the external sleeve. A method of protecting pin threads of pin ends of tubular members by installing a thread protector on an end of a tubular member.

LATCHABLE PACKAGE
A latchable package comprises: a support (200) for supporting one or more items; a structure (300) for selectively blocking access to the one or more items; and a latchable insert (400). The latchable insert comprises a substantially planar tab member that is coupled to the support such that the insert and support are movable together in an opening direction from a first position in which the structure blocks access to the one or more items to a second position in which the one or more items are accessibly clear of the structure. The structure and the latchable insert comprise co-operating latch features (380) configured to engage when the insert and support are arranged in the first position.

Method and device for the extrusion and labeling of a packaging tube
The invention relates to a method for the extrusion and labelling of a packaging tube (14), comprising the following successive steps performed on an extrusion-labelling line, namely: a) forming a partially or fully tubular label (17) from a film (12); b) introducing the label (17) into a calibration element (22); c) extruding a tubular body (13) on the side of the concave surface of the label (17); d) bringing the external surface of the tubular body (13) into contact with the concave surface of the label (17), step (c) being performed in the calibration element (22). The invention also relates to an extrusion-labelling device and a packaging tube.

Container construction for powdered material
A packaging for a powdered material includes a tub for receiving the material, the tub having a base and a peripheral wall with a top edge; an outer sleeve around at least the peripheral wall of the tub, thereby supporting the tub; a removable membrane for separating the powdered material in the tub from the environment; and a lid assembly having a peripheral rim for connection over the top edge of the peripheral wall of the tub and defining a wide access opening and a lid, hingedly attached to the rim for reclosing the access opening. A method of manufacturing such a package for a powdered material includes sliding the tub in the sleeve, such that at least the peripheral wall of the tub is enclosed by the sleeve, whereby sleeve supports the tub and the tub and sleeve form a container for the powdered material.

SOLID DRUG STORAGE APPARATUS, FORMULATIONS AND METHODS OF USE
Embodiments of the invention provide drug packaging and methods for producing drug packaging which can be sealed at room temperature and/or without the need for elevated temperatures above room temperature. Many embodiments provide drug packaging comprising pierceable tubing having a capsule shape (also referred to herein as a pierceable capsule and/or pierceable drug capsule) containing a solid drug such as a drug pellet and methods for producing pierceable drug capsules which can be sealed at room temperature. Embodiments are particularly useful for the packaging and delivery of drugs used in implantable drug delivery devices as well as packaging of drugs that are easily thermally degraded.
