A packaging unit for portioned packaging for the production of drinks, includes a carrier having multiple strips arranged at an angle to one another and on which respective recesses are formed for introducing a respective portioned packaging. The carrier has a tubular shape and the recesses of two neighboring strips are arranged in an offset to one another in a longitudinal direction of the strips. In this way, the portioned packaging can be arranged in a protected manner and in an efficient orientation in the packaging unit.

Also disclosed are methods using the modular container systems and methods of storing substances in containers. The containers have a container base and a container cap and provide for child-resistant containers. A user can releasably remove the container cap from container base with a squeeze and lift sequence. For example, the user squeezes opposite sides of the container base, which releases a locking mechanism and allows for removal of the cap by lifting or pulling the container cap off from the container base. The components of the modular container system are modular and stackable. The modular system allow for organized, efficient, accessible and storage of the child-resistant containers. The modular container system also allows for easy counting, sorting and processing of the containers.

A packaging for timepiece appliques with a foot and body, including at least one tray provided for the reception, holding, storage and transport of appliques of the same height, including bores for receiving the feet at a constant pitch, adjacent to housings for housing the applique bodies resting on an upper tray surface as opposed to a lower tray surface, each tray including position indexing device, and at least one vertically extending mounting spacer, arranged to cooperate in abutment with a lower surface of another such tray, or a lower spacer surface of a spacer of the packaging, each mounting spacer extending, from the upper tray surface, over a height greater than that of the applique bodies.

Embodiments of caseless container trays are disclosed. In an embodiment, a caseless container tray includes a top surface and a bottom surface. The top surface is configured to contact and receive base portions of a first plurality of containers. The top surface includes a plurality of top projections configured to divide the first plurality of containers into a plurality of rows. The bottom surface is configured to contact and receive spouts of a second plurality of containers. Furthermore, the bottom surface includes a plurality of bottom projections extending from the bottom surface, wherein a bottom surface of each bottom projection is configured to contact a shoulder portion of a container of the second plurality of containers and wherein each projection surrounds a center portion configured to contact and receive a spout.

Embodiments of caseless container trays are disclosed. In an embodiment, a caseless container tray includes a top surface and a bottom surface. The top surface is configured to contact and receive base portions of a first plurality of containers. The top surface includes a plurality of top projections configured to divide the first plurality of containers into a plurality of rows. The bottom surface is configured to contact and receive spouts of a second plurality of containers. Furthermore, the bottom surface includes a plurality of bottom projections extending from the bottom surface, wherein a bottom surface of each bottom projection is configured to contact a shoulder portion of a container of the second plurality of containers and wherein each projection surrounds a center portion configured to contact and receive a spout.

A carry tray a two-part base hingedly attached in the middle along adjacent edges. A removable or detachable handle may be provided. Each base comprises a bottom with a side extending upwards along the circumference, in whole or in part Each part of the base can be polygonal, semi-circular, hemi-circular, rectilinear, curved, or combinations thereof. The tray can be folded up along the hinge into a closed position for convenient storage or transport when not in use. The base may be used with a removable template or foam insert.

The self aligning stacking ring includes radially protruding alignment bumps angularly spaced apart at a common radius corresponding to a recess in the bottom of common cans. The self aligning stacking ring guides tend to center a can placed over the self aligning stacking ring guides to make stacking cans easier and quicker.
