A dispenser device for opening multiple packs of medical electrodes in a single action. The dispenser device includes a plurality of connected pouches including a first terminal pouch and a second terminal pouch. An electrode is disposed within each pouch and a seal extends along each pouch. The dispenser device also includes a tear strip that is substantially aligned with at least a portion of the seal. The tear strip can extend across all pouches. In one single tearing or pulling motion along the tear strip, each pouch of the plurality of connected pouches can be opened.

The top surface section may include an attachment feature for attaching the package to the UAV. The leading edge section may include leading edge surfaces formed from folds along creases of the sheet to define a front end of the cavity and deflect airflow over a top surface and under a bottom surface of the package. The trailing edge section may include upper and lower surfaces formed from folds along creases and extend from the top and bottom surfaces to intersect and define a back end of the cavity.

The heat-shrinkable polyester-based film is characterized by an A1/A2 (absorbance) ratio in the longitudinal direction, which is the main shrinking direction of the film, of 0.55 to 1, with an A1/A2 ratio in the width direction perpendicular to the main shrinking direction of 0.5 to 0.9, wherein A1 is the absorbance of the film at 1340 cm.sup.1 and A2 is the absorbance of the film at 1410 cm.sup.1 as determined by polarized ATR-FTIR spectroscopy, and a hot-water shrinkage of 35 to 60% in the longitudinal direction of the film and 3 to 12% in the width direction of the film, wherein the hot-water shrinkage is determined by dipping the film in hot water at 90 C. for 10 seconds.
