Emergency Responder Alert System
A kit and a systematic method for alerting emergency responders of an exact location in which they have been dispatched. The system includes a container for holding medication, a strobe light and indicia for signaling the emergency responders as they approach the dispatched location. The container includes a removable seal and a hinged cap for accessing an interior volume thereof. A desiccant is secured to the bottom of the container for absorbing moisture. The kit may be powered via a solar power assembly. Further, the strobe light can be remotely activated via a conspicuous lighted button. In operation, the indicia is positioned on the exterior of a residence that indicates the user's address. As a user feels an onset of a heart attack or other emergency, then takes the medication, dials 9-1-1 immediately, unlocks the door and activates the strobe light.
SPIRALING FRUSTOCONICAL DISPENSER

Apparatus for dispensing objects and method
An apparatus for dispensing small objects is disclosed. The apparatus includes a frame forming an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The frame supports a rotatable barrel that is disposed between the chambers. The barrel is constructed from a folded rectangular sheet that forms a chamber with an opening. The rotatable barrel is oriented with the opening facing upward to receive objects from the upper chamber into the barrel's chamber, such that when the handle is rotated about a horizontal axis the barrel turns to orient the opening downward and deposit objects in the barrel's chamber into the lower chamber.

CONTROLLED INVENTORY REFRIGERATED DISPENSING SYSTEM
A refrigerated dispensing system is provided including an outer refrigerator cabinet and an interior, removable chassis that mounts a plurality of separately removable product storage and dispensing cartridges. While individual cartridges are removably positionable within slots on one or more shelves inside of the chassis, the entire chassis (with cartridges positioned thereon) may be removed from the outer refrigerator cabinet, as may be desirable in the event of a loss of power to the outer refrigerator cabinet. The shelves are preferably of a modular and reconfigurable design, thus allowing portions of the chassis (e.g., individual shelves or portions thereof) to be modified or replaced with alternative shelving or other storage devices to meet the current refrigerated product storage needs of any particular facility.
