A droplet for delivering toothpaste to a user can be provided. The droplet can include a dissolvable outer membrane defining a volume with toothpaste inside the volume. The outer membrane can be formed from dissolvable film strip technology and include a tail or corner portion, which is configured to be embedded into the bristles of a toothbrush. In one aspect of this embodiment, the outer membrane of the droplet can form a pillow-like shape. The droplet further can include one or more extensions coupled to the outer surface of the outer membrane, where the one or more extensions can have a triangular shape, a barb shape or the like. In one aspect of this embodiment, the droplet further can include a logo, a cartoon character, a word or the like printed on the outer membrane. The plurality of extensions can form irregularities on the outer surface of the body section of the outer membrane.

A pill dispenser (10) has a core (12) with outward-facing compartments (14) arranged in rows and layers about a central axis. A first sleeve (22) overlying the core has an elongated slot (24) extending parallel to the central axis, and is rotatable relative to the first sleeve to align the slot with one of the rows of compartments. A second sleeve (26), coaxial with the first sleeve, has a pattern of staggered openings 28 positioned in an axial direction to align with a corresponding one of the layers. The second sleeve is rotatable relative to the first sleeve to bring each of the staggered openings into alignment with the elongated slot, thereby providing access to one of the compartments of the core. Preferably, the core includes a number of axially removable cartridges (30), each including a row of compartments, that can be inserted while the compartments contain pills.

A pill dispenser (10) has a core (12) with outward-facing compartments (14) arranged in rows and layers about a central axis. A first sleeve (22) overlying the core has an elongated slot (24) extending parallel to the central axis, and is rotatable relative to the first sleeve to align the slot with one of the rows of compartments. A second sleeve (26), coaxial with the first sleeve, has a pattern of staggered openings 28 positioned in an axial direction to align with a corresponding one of the layers. A modular dispenser includes a cartridge configured to hold a plurality of pills. The cartridge includes an opening through which the at least one pill is configured to pass under an influence of gravity. A dispensing base is configured to removably receive the cartridge. The dispensing base includes a funnel with a funnel inlet proximate the opening of the cartridge and a funnel outlet spaced apart from the funnel inlet. A dispensing assembly is rotatably coupled to the dispensing base. The dispensing base also includes at least one catch configured to receive the at least one pill when the at least one catch is proximate the funnel outlet and to rotate the at least one catch away from the funnel outlet to a position from which the at least one pill is retrievable by a user.

A modular dispenser includes a cartridge configured to hold a plurality of pills. The cartridge includes an opening through which the at least one pill is configured to pass under an influence of gravity. A dispensing base is configured to removably receive the cartridge. The dispensing base includes a funnel with a funnel inlet proximate the opening of the cartridge and a funnel outlet spaced apart from the funnel inlet. A dispensing assembly is rotatably coupled to the dispensing base. The dispensing base also includes at least one catch configured to receive the at least one pill when the at least one catch is proximate the funnel outlet and to rotate the at least one catch away from the funnel outlet to a position from which the at least one pill is retrievable by a user.

Dispenser devices suitable for use on unmanned aerial vehicles are described having utility for dispensing solid larvicides to difficult to reach insect habitats.

A portable confection dispenser system is for storing and dispensing small articles, such as different types or flavors of candy. A round housing includes multiple dividing elements forming a multiple separate compartment. A lid rotatably mounts to the housing and engages an upper portion of each of the dividing elements to form enclosed separated chambers. The lid includes a door and has alignment portions spaced apart retaining the lid at a plurality of predetermined positions relative to the housing. The candy alignment portions are spaced to position the door aligned with a single one of the chambers in at least one of the predetermined positions and to straddle adjacent chambers in at least one of the predetermined positions.

A portable confection dispenser system is for storing and dispensing small articles, such as different types or flavors of candy. A round housing includes multiple dividing elements forming a multiple separate compartment. A lid rotatably mounts to the housing and engages an upper portion of each of the dividing elements to form enclosed separated chambers. The lid includes a door and has alignment portions spaced apart retaining the lid at a plurality of predetermined positions relative to the housing. The candy alignment portions are spaced to position the door aligned with a single one of the chambers in at least one of the predetermined positions and to straddle adjacent chambers in at least one of the predetermined positions.

A product container (10) including a protective housing (12) and a web (14) of unit dose products (40) is disclosed. The web is arranged in a hollow interior (32) of the protective housing. The web includes a plurality of water-soluble or otherwise degradable (e.g., UV degradable) pouches (40) removably attached to a flexible carrier sheet. Each of the water-soluble pouches contains at least one cleaning composition (44). The web is either formed in a roll or a z-folded configuration with a plurality of folds. Also disclosed is a product container including a protective sleeve (212) filled with a plurality of water-soluble pouches (216). Each of the water-soluble pouches contains at least one cleaning composition (234) and forms a friction fit with one or more interior walls of the water-insoluble protective sleeve. A re-sealable plug (222, 224) is arranged to cover an open end of the water-insoluble protective sleeve.
