Composition and method for using medicament for endodontic irrigation, stem cell preparation and tissue regeneration
A single intra-canal substance composition for tissue dissolution, disinfection, tissue degradation, tissue removal and disinfection is provided. The composition includes calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, potassium thioglycolate or calcium thioglycolate, to form an effective single intra-canal substance capable of degrading a cell by disrupting its disulfide bonds. Further, the composition may incorporate mineral oil, urea, cetearyl alcohol, D&C yellow No. 8, chromium hydroxide, theobroma cocoa seed butter, iron oxides, fragrances, water fragrance, lanolin, and ceteareth-20 to enhance its functioning. Furthermore, the composition that is bactericidal against Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus mutans and Candida albicans, used in multiple applications in dentistry and medicine. Furthermore, the composition is a single intra-canal irrigant that eradicates microorganisms as it facilitates the chemo-mechanical debridement of the root canal system.

Unextracted tooth root canal filler and dental tissue regeneration method for unextracted tooth
Disclosed is a root canal filler for non-extracted tooth which causes no internal resorption or external resorption in a tooth with complete root formation, shows no odontoclast, and contributes to the regeneration of a dental tissue in which odontoblasts are smoothly aligned on the dentin wall. After pulpectomy or enlargement/cleaning of an infected root canal, a root canal filler for non-extracted tooth, which comprises tooth pulp stem cells and an extracellular matrix, is inserted into the apical side of the root canal of the non-extracted tooth. The tooth pulp stem cells may be, for example, dental pulp CXCR4-positive cells. It is preferred to attach, to the crown side of the root canal, migration factor(s) including at least one factor selected from among a cell migration factor, a cell proliferation factor, a neurotrophic factor and an angiogenic factor.

Dental Matrix Devices Specific to Anterior Teeth, and Injection Molded Filling Techniques and Devices
The present invention relates to methods for the restoration of a decayed portion of an anterior tooth or re-restoration of a previously filled anterior tooth, and to dental matrices and composite resin dispensers that may be used in the methods for the restoration of a decayed portion of an anterior tooth.
Composition and method of using medicament for endodontic irrigation, stem cell preparations and tissue regeneration
A composition for endodontic irrigation is provided. The composition includes a chemical depilatory during intra-canal, and chemo-mechanical instrumentation in endodontic. The composition includes calcium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, and potassium thioglycolate or calcium thioglycolate to form an effective root canal medicament. Further, the composition may incorporate mineral oil, urea, cetearyl alcohol, D&C yellow No. 8, chromium hydroxide, theobroma cocoa seed butter, iron oxides, fragrances, and ceteareth-20 to enhance its functioning. The composition disinfects, lubricates, chelates, irrigants, dissolves, and facilitates removal of the pulpal tissue and debris. Furthermore, the composition reduces and even eliminates bacteria from micro-endodontic systems. Further, the composition of the present invention enhances eradicating pathogens along with chemo-mechanical debridement of the root canal system.

DENTAL AND ENDODONTIC FILING MATERIALS AND METHODS
Disclosed are endodontic filling materials and methods. A method for filling a dental root canal may include providing a hydrosetting filling material and inserting the hydrosetting filling material into the dental root canal, the material setting in the root canal to form a biocompatible filling. The hydrosetting filling material comprises a hydrogel former and a filler. The hydrogel former is at least one of a reactive organic hydrogel formers, an inorganic hydrogel formers, and a non-reactive organic hydrogel formers, and the filler is at least one of a self-hardening and a non-hardening filler. Plural filling material precursor compositions that collectively contain hydrogel formers and fillers may be provided.
