Modular cargo containers with surface connectors
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a modular container, including: six sides, wherein: each side of the six sides of the modular container comprises at least four surface connectors, each surface connector of the at least four surface connectors comprises at least two connector elements, at least one connector element of the at least two connector elements is of a first type, and at least one connector element of the at least two connector elements is of a second type; and an access door in at least one side of the six sides.
Container door opening system
A container door opening system for assisting in the opening and closing of rusted tight or stuck hinges on intermodal container doors. The container door opening system generally includes an elongated member having a movably first engaging member and a fixed second engaging member. The first engaging member is movable both towards and away from the second engaging member so as to adjust the effective distance between the engaging members. A bias member is connected to the first engaging member so as to bias the first engaging member away from the second engaging member. The first engaging member may be engaged with a first anchor point on a container door and the second engaging member may be engaged with a second anchor point on the container door. The elongated member may then be pivoted away from the door to open it or towards the door to close it.
MODULAR FACILITY FORMATION SYSTEM AND SHIPPING METHOD
A modular facility formation system includes any number of modules that may be coupled to one another to create a facility. Walls of the facility may be provided by one or more removeable walls, the walls of a shipping container, or a combination thereof. When installed within a shipping container, upper and lower braces are pressure fit into the shipping container without penetrating the container. The lower braces are configured to engage guidance mechanisms of the modules to guide the modules into a stowage position within the shipping container and to secure the modules in place. The modules may be configured with a pre-determined internal configuration corresponding to a defined function of the room within the facility.
SELF-STORAGE FACILITY, FABRICATION, AND METHODOLOGY
A storage facility. The facility comprises a plurality of load-bearing containers located at a single facility. The facility further comprises a climate controlled enclosure comprising a skin and providing a volume around the plurality of load-bearing containers. The climate controlled enclosure further comprises a ceiling above and positioned to shield an uppermost level of the plurality of load-bearing containers from outdoor environmental exposure.
Construction element for a container, door for a container and a container
A construction element includes a first wall, and a second wall. The walls are arranged at a distance from one another, forming a space wherein at least one sheet component is arranged, and where the sheet component is arranged to the first wall and to the second wall, and where concrete is arranged in the space between the first wall, the second wall, and the sheet component.
SMART POD AND MOBILITY FOR TRANSPORTING THE SAME
A smart pod is used for safe and convenient loading and unloading of cargo as well as fast and efficient transport thereof, and a mobility system transports the smart pod. The smart pod includes an upper surface, a lower surface, and a pair of first sidewalls connecting the upper surface and the lower surface to each other. The first sidewalls have a hexagonal shape, and a fastening protrusion is installed on the upper surface and configured to retract from the upper surface.

Flat-pack shipping container
The present invention relates to a folding container (100) that comprises a base (102) further comprising a floor (112). At least two side panels (104, 104′) are mechanically attached to the base. A rear panel (106) comprises rear hinges (118) attached thereto that are pivotably connected to the base (102) and operable to pivot between a folded position that contacts the floor and a vertically deployed position. A hinge block (119) is attached to the base (102). A front panel (108) comprising a front door (109), and further comprising front hinges (122) is pivotably connected to the hinge block (119), and operable to pivot between a folded position that contacts the front panel (108) and a vertically deployed position.

Trailer roll door and locking system
A door and locking system for a rear opening of a long bed trailer, the rear opening having a top edge, a bottom edge and first and second side edges, the door and locking system has a canvas door configured for mounting adjacent to the rear opening of the long bed trailer. The canvas door can move between a closed position in which the canvas door moves to close the rear opening and an open position in which the canvas door moves to open the rear opening. A locking system secured to the edges of the rear opening can move between a locked position, in which the locking system is in locking engagement with the canvas door in the closed position to secure the canvas door against the edges of the rear opening to close the opening for retaining fluidizable product in the long bed trailer and an unlocked position, in which the locking system is free from locking engagement with the canvas door to allow the canvas door to move into the open position.
