Modular system for inventory and transport efficiency of packaging
Disclosed herein are modular container systems having child-resistant containers, tray inserts and tray frames. Also disclosed are methods using the modular container systems and methods of storing substances in containers. The containers have a container base and a container cap and provide for child-resistant containers. A user can releasably remove the container cap from container base with a squeeze and lift sequence. For example, the user squeezes opposite sides of the container base, which releases a locking mechanism and allows for removal of the cap by lifting or pulling the container cap off from the container base. The components of the modular container system are modular and stackable. The modular system allow for organized, efficient, accessible and storage of the child-resistant containers. The modular container system also allows for easy counting, sorting and processing of the containers.
Packaging System with Tamper Evidence/Child Resistant Latch
A system of a tamper evidence/child resistant latch device and an enclosure is disclosed. The latching device and the enclosure will remain separate to each other as items that can be attached to each other to become as one item only when the enclosure such as a bag and/or a blister pack is packaged with a commodity. The system requires hand-resistance to break a seal to gain access to the commodity. The seal aligns with a matching internal hook so designed that must be hand-broken to gain access to the commodity. A commodity having a value and not considered as dangerous to a child, can provide new security levels. The system requires the dexterity of two hands, as a capacity belonging to an adult, but would be difficult for a child.
ACCESS RESISTANT CONTAINERS AND PLATFORM FOR HANDLING PLANT
The methods and systems generally include a packaging system for perishable consumables including a container having an inner member configured to slide in and out of an outer member. A button that extends from a surface of the inner member through an aperture defined in a surface of the outer member. The button is configured to hold the inner member from sliding relative to the outer member. The button is configured to be deflected and removed from the aperture to permit the inner member to slide relative to the outer member.
UNIT DOSE PACKAGING SYSTEM (UDPS) INNER CARD CONFIGURATIONS
A unit dose paperboard package having a locking feature includes an outer paperboard sleeve and an inner paperboard slide card lockably retained within the outer sleeve. The outer sleeve includes a plurality of panels operatively connected to each other such that a top panel of the plurality of panels includes an inner slide card retaining aperture and an inner slide card releasing button defined thereon. The inner slide card includes a plurality of unit dose dispensing blisters and a retaining and releasing panel located adjacent to the unit dose dispensing blisters. The inner slide card includes an access edge opposite the retaining and releasing panel, wherein the access edge is free of any folding spine.
CONTAINER FOR A GOVERNMENT REGULATED PRODUCT HAVING A CHILD RESISTANT LID
Provided is a container for storing, preserving, identifying, tracking and transporting a federally controlled substance having a child resistant and senior friendly lid, and a process for identifying and tracking federally controlled substances within the re-sealable containers. The federally controlled substance containers include a two-piece child resistant and senior friendly lid and a 2-factor authentication identification tag, as well as a microchip for identifying the container controlled substance contents and tracking the container. Controlled substance contents within the containers are optimized for long term storage by removal of the oxygen therein, and the containers and controlled substance contents can be readily identified, detected, tracked and traced after being filled with a federally controlled substance.
UNIT DOSE PACKAGING SYSTEM (UDPS) HAVING CHILD RESISTANT LOCKING FEATURE WITH FOCUSED PUSH BUTTON
A unit dose paperboard package includes an outer paperboard sleeve and an inner paperboard slide card lockably retained within the outer sleeve. The outer sleeve includes a plurality of panels operatively connected to each other such that a top panel of the plurality of panels includes an inner slide card retaining aperture and an inner slide card releasing button defined thereon. The inner slide card includes an inner slide card retaining and releasing panel. The slide card release button includes a longitudinally extending tab defined by a cut in the sleeve, with a root of the tab between ends of the cut, and with a moveable tab edge opposite the root of the tab. The card retaining aperture extends longitudinally past the moveable tab edge in a first direction, but does not extend longitudinally past the root of the tab in a second direction opposite the first direction.
Child-proof containers and related methods
The present invention refers to a child-proof container (1) comprising: a housing (2) made of sheet material defining an inner volume (3) and exhibiting a passage opening (5) delimited by a free edge (6), a closing system (7) made of sheet material configured for defining a closed and opened conditions of the housing (2), the closing system (7) comprises a tab (8) having a closing portion (9) movable with respect to the housing free edge. The container (1) comprises a safety device (11) made of sheet material exhibiting: a first hooking portion (12) carried by the tab (8), a second hooking portion (13) engaged with the housing (2). The first and second hooking portions (12, 13) are configured for stably engaging with each other in the closed condition of the closing system (7) and for defining a safety condition: the first and second hooking portions (12, 13), in the safety condition, are configured for preventing the closing system (7) from switching from the closed to the opened condition.
CHILD-RESISTANT CONTAINER
At least one example embodiment relates to a container. The container includes a base, a canister configured to engage a portion of the base, and a lid configured to be removably coupled to the canister such that the lid is moveable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The base includes a bottom wall having a central portion, a peripheral portion, and an angle portion between the central portion and the peripheral portion. The base includes a first sidewall extending from a periphery of the peripheral portion and about a periphery of the bottom wall and a second sidewall extending from an end of the peripheral portion opposite the first sidewall. The first sidewall and the second sidewall extend perpendicular to the peripheral portion such that the peripheral portion, first sidewall, and second sidewall define a first gap.
Outer packaging for blister packaging
The present teaching relates to a packaging unit for one or more individually removable products, in particular tablets, including a blister packaging and a bag-type outer packaging, in which the blister packaging is enclosed. The blister packaging is movably arranged in the outer packaging and can be brought into at least one removal position, in which the removal of at least one of the products is enabled. The blister packaging has at least one positioning element, and the outer packaging has at least one receiving element for the positioning element, wherein the positioning element arranged in the receiving element defines the removal position.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD OF PROVIDING A SAFETY CONTAINER
