Blank for forming an article carrier
A blank (1)0 for forming an article carrier (90) has a main panel (12) which includes at least one article retention structure R1 having an aperture A1 defined in the main panel and one or more tabs formed about a periphery of the aperture in the main panel. The one or more tabs are connected to the main panel such that the tabs yield out of the plane of the main panel when an article is received in the aperture to bear against the article. The main panel includes a paperboard substrate and at least one polymeric layer.
STORAGE BOX BLANK
A tray blank for a storage box includes a planar center panel defining a first side edge, a second side edge opposite the first side edge, a first end edge, and a second end edge opposite the first end edge, a first fastener slot formed through the center panel at the first side edge and a second fastener slot formed through the center panel at the second side edge, the first fastener slot laterally aligned with the second fastener slot; a first side panel formed monolithically with the center panel and hingedly connected to the first side edge, the first side panel coplanar with the center panel; and a second side panel formed monolithically with the center panel and hingedly connected to the second side edge, the second side panel coplanar with the center panel and the first side panel.
PIZZA BOX BLANK AND ARRANGEMENT THEREOF
A pizza box blank includes a bottom panel, a top panel and a rear wall connecting the bottom panel to the top panel. The bottom panel includes first and second side walls. The blank includes first and second flaps connected to the first and second side walls, respectively, wherein upon assembly of the blank into a pizza box, the first and second flaps are positioned adjacent the top panel and extend toward one another.
STORAGE BOX BLANK
Example aspects of a main body blank for a storage box, a tray blank for a storage box, and a storage box blank are disclosed. The main body blank can comprise a planar sidewall assembly comprising a plurality of sidewalls, each of the sidewalls defining a top edge and a bottom edge opposite the top edge; and a first fastener panel formed monolithically with the sidewall assembly and hingedly connected to the bottom edge of a first one of the sidewalls by a first fastener bend line, the first fastener panel coplanar with the sidewall assembly.
Storage box with securable tray
Example aspects of a storage box and a method for assembling a storage box are disclosed. The storage box can comprise a sidewall enclosure, the enclosure defining a top edge and an opposing bottom edge, a fastener extending from the bottom edge, and a tray, the fastener coupling the tray to the sidewall enclosure.
SINGLE-PIECE LOCKING LID DISPLAY READY CASE
A display ready case configured to be transformed from a transportation configuration to a display configuration. The display ready case including a top, bottom, left, right, front, and rear side, the top side including a tuck flap including two or more locking tabs configured to be inserted into two or more corresponding locking slots defined in the respective left and right sides, wherein an application of an external force to the tuck flap causes the two or more locking tabs to disengage from the two or more locking slots, thereby releasing the top side from the left and right sides, and where upon release of the top side from the left and right sides, the top side is removably coupled to the rear side via a perforation line, thereby enabling transformation of the display ready case to a display ready configuration.
CARTON AND BLANK THEREFOR
An elongate blank for forming a tubular carton, comprising a plurality of panels including a top panel (18), a first side panel (16), a second side panel (20), a first base panel (12) and a second base panel (24), said each panel being formed along either free end edge thereof with a cut-out so that said blank is provided along either longitudinal edge thereof with a plurality of tabs each interposed between adjacent ones of said cut-outs, said cut-outs including; a first major cut-out (70) struck from each of the opposed free end edges of the top panel, a second major cut-out (70A) struck from each of the opposed free end edges of the first side panel, a third major cut-out (70C) struck from each of the opposed free end edges of the second side panel, a first minor cut-out (70N) struck from each of the opposed free end edges of the first base panel, a second minor cut-out (70D) struck from each of the opposed free end edges of the second base panel, wherein the length (A2) of a portion of one of the free end edges of the first side panel defined by one of the second major cut-outs (70A) is less than the length (C2) of a portion of one of the free end edges of the second side panel defined by one of the third major cut-outs (70C).
ARTICLE CARRIER, SHIPPING CARTON & PACKAGE SYSTEM
Aspects of the invention provide a package system comprising: at least one secondary packaging container or carrier (790; 1090; 1190; 1290) holding at least one primary container (B); a tertiary packaging carton (10; 90; 110; 310; T) holding the at least one secondary packaging container; and a blank (110; 1110; 1210; 1310; 1410; 1510; 1610; 710; 810) for forming the carrier (790; 1090; 1190; 1290).
