TAMPER EVIDENT TUB
An exemplary tamper evident tub is disclosed. In various embodiments, the exemplary tub includes one or more breakable tabs in near proximity to a lid latching assembly. The one or more breakable tabs, in particular embodiments, prevent access to one or more lift tabs and latches, while the tamper evident tub lid is in a closed position. In various embodiments, the one or more lift tabs and latches are operable to allow for the lid to be opened from a closed position. In some embodiments, removing the breakable tabs allows access to the one or more lift tabs and latches, and further indicates that the exemplary tub has been tampered with.

Tamper evident sealable bag assembly with note tab and method
A tamper evident delivery bag assembly includes a single use closure tape is laterally mounted to the first panel upper section, and includes an upper lateral portion extending laterally above the first edge of the bag assembly in an unsealed condition. The tape upper lateral portion can be folded over the second edge of the second panel such that an adhesive of the tape is brought into contact with the exterior surface of the second panel, substantially sealing the bag opening in a sealed condition. The leg portions of the handles are received through the cutouts of the tape. The closure tape member further includes a note tab extending downwardly from a middle lateral portion thereof. The note tab includes a tab adhesive and a removable protective cover. When the protective cover is removed, the note can be placed between the tab adhesive and the exterior surface of the first panel, and adhered therebetween in a mounted condition.
EQUIPMENT FOR AIDING THE TRACEABILITY OF AGRI-FOOD PRODUCTS
Equipment for aiding the traceability of agri-food products, includes: a frame, which can be connected to a container, an image detector device, fitted to the frame and oriented so that it frames the container; a motion sensor fitted to the frame and configured to detect movements within a surveillance region around the container; a satellite positioning device; a storage device; and a processing unit. The image detector device is coupled to the motion sensor and is configured to acquire a reference image in response to a movement detected by the motion sensor. The processing unit is configured to associate the reference image with coordinates detected by the satellite positioning device and a timestamp, and to store the reference image, the coordinates detected by the satellite positioning device, and the timestamp in the storage device.
Container and Method for Storing a Perishable Product
The present disclosure relates an improved container useful for maintaining the freshness of a moisture-sensitive, consumable product stored within the container. The present container is also designed to enable the consumer to access and sample the aroma of the product within the container without needing to completely open the container, thereby maintaining the quality of the product, and avoiding potential contamination. The present container utilizes a preserving product, such as a desiccant or humectant, which is positioned within a separate compartment apart from the product within the container. The desiccant removes moisture from the product and helps to maintain the freshness of the product while stored within the container.
Metallic container with a threaded closure
The present invention relates generally to a container that may be sealed and reclosed with a threaded closure. More specifically, the present invention relates to methods of manufacturing a metallic container having an opening with inwardly facing threads that are formed after a threaded closure is inserted at least partially into the opening. The container opening may be selectively sealed and reclosed with the threaded closure which releasably engages the container threads.
Flip-top tube with tamper-evident seal
A flip-top tube (1), for example for cream, includes a tubular body (2) having a mouth (22), a cap (18) having a tab (70), and a label film (4) which at least partially wraps the tubular body and covers the tab (70) of the cap (18) to form a tamper-evident seal suitable for indicating the first opening of the tube.
E-COMMERCE PACKAGE
A package for shipping a product ordered via the Internet. The package comprising a container body, an inner label, a closure, an outer label removably attached to and covering all or part of the inner label, and a shipping label adhered to the outer label.
Meal packaging and presentation systems and methods
A meal packaging and presentation system includes a base, a front panel connected to the base at a low front edge seam, a first side panel connected to the base at a first low side edge seam, a second side panel connected to the base at a second low side edge seam, a rear panel connected to the base at a low rear edge seam, a first top flap connected to the first side panel at a first top side edge seam, a second top flap connected to the second side panel at a second top side edge seam, a front top flap connected to the front panel at a top front edge seam, and a rear top flap that connects to the rear panel at a top rear edge. An interior meal chamber is formed between the base, the front panel, the first side panel, the second side panel, the rear panel, the first top flap, and the second top flap when the system is in a closed state. The system is configured to transition between the closed state and an opened presentation state through manipulation of the front panel, the first side panel, the second panel, the rear panel, the first top flap, the second top flap, the front top flap, and the rear top flap.
SECURE PACKAGING FOR BOTTLE-TYPE CONTAINERS
A secure packaging for bottle-type containers having a body, a neck terminating in an opening into an interior of the bottle, and a cap for sealing the opening. The packaging may include a flexible casing having an interior cavity for receiving the bottle body, and a first aperture configured to admit the bottle body into the cavity. A second aperture is configured to receive the neck of the bottle, such that the bottle opening protrudes from the casing when the bottle body is received in the cavity. A first tether may be configured to facilitate releasably securing the casing to an object. A second tether is operatively coupled between the casing and the aperture on the bottle cap. The second tether is configured to secure the cap with the casing and to be frangibly removed from the casing prior to use of the bottle to dispense contents of the bottle.
