Maxillary protraction device comprising a cranial support (1) that may be attached with straps (4) or similar on the forehead of the user. A guide (8) in a central position on the support (1) attaches to the upper end (9) of a vertical rod (2), at the lower end (13) of which a horizontal rod (3) is arranged with gripping points for the rubber bands that provide a tractive force on the jaw to be treated. Between the two ends (9, 13) of the rod, a ratchet mechanism (12) or similar may be arranged to adjust the angle, while the lower end (13) can be telescopic.

SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MORE DIRECTLY VIBRATING AN ORTHOPEDIC-ORTHODONTIC DEVICE
The present invention relates to a method and system for applying localized vibration directly to particular teeth with the upper and lower jaws. A headgear using an inner bow comprising at least two arms that inserts into the upper first molars and an elastic-type headgear strap attaches to the back of the neck and to the outside, or outer bow also having at least two arms. The inner bow and outer bow are coupled together generally in the center (or alternatively with at least one lateral extension that is off-centered) by an external extension. The external extension may further have a protrusion, that inserts into a corresponding orifice within a vibrating orthodontic device.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MORE DIRECTLY VIBRATING AN ORTHOPEDIC-ORTHODONTIC DEVICE
The present invention relates to a method and system for applying localized vibration directly to particular teeth with the upper and lower jaws. METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR CORRECTING OCCLUSION DURING PALATAL EXPANSION
Methods and apparatuses (devices, systems, etc.) for simultaneously applying both palatal expansion and anterior force to a subject's teeth. An orthodontic apparatus may include a palatal region extending between two or more tooth engagement regions and one or more elastic band attachments projecting laterally and/or anteriorly form the tooth engagement region(s) that securely couple an elastic band to a headgear. These methods and apparatuses may be used for nonsurgical correction of Class III malocclusions during maxillary palatal expansion treatment or during a holding period of the palatal expansion treatment, e.g., following recent palatal expansion.
Adjustment means for a mandibular advancement device
The present invention is an adjustment means for a mandibular advancement device, having both intraoral and extraoral portions, including a body portion at the interface. The extraoral portion includes a lower arm and a curved upper arm. The posterior end of the upper arm includes a pad assembly that is adapted to make contact with and apply pressure to the subnasal maxillary bone. The lower arm includes a thread that is adapted to be threaded into an adjustment wheel so that turning in one direction causes the extraoral portion to retract into the body portion, causing the upper pad to apply greater pressure to the subnasal maxillary bone. Turning the adjustment wheel in the opposite direction causes the upper pad to apply decreased pressure. One complete revolution of the adjustment wheel in a first or second direction causes the extraoral portion to extend or retract by one millimetre in length.

An orthodontic/orthognathic device for correcting and changing tooth placements and bone structure, and a method of using orthodontic/orthognathic device for tooth movement, correcting syndromic conditions of the mouth and osteogenetic correction. The device may be used for maxillary distraction and expansion as well as mandibular separation and expansion. The device can be controlled by computer to direct tooth and bone placement.

Method and device for bioengineering bone tissue and modulating the homeostasis of osteogenesis
The disclosure is directed to a device and method of treating bone formation disorders or conditions by bioengineering a targeted bone tissue and modulating the homeostasis of osteogenesis and bone resorption by a localized delivery of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and/or hematopoietic stem cells, and/or cells, such as osteoclasts, obtained by the ex vivo differentiation of these cells. A therapeutic strategy, as well as a device to deliver the therapeutic strategy, is described herein.
