Voids are present in between the plurality of conductors and the conductors are manufactured from a stainless steel wire. The conductors are formed in a z-pattern so as to accommodate the expansion of the body during securing to trash receptacles of larger sizes. The body of the present invention further includes a plurality of warning indicia and further includes a warning light.
