ANIMAL WASTE DISPOSAL APPARATUS
A pet waste disposal apparatus having an open top container, a sloping floor surface, an outlet drain, a pair of spaced apart support bars located within and connecting the side walls of the container, a walking board supported on the support bars, a first roller located between the first end of the walking board and a second roller located between the second end of the walking board, a waste inlet located between the first roller and the first end of the container, a rotating belt having an artificial turf exterior surface and tensioned mounted to the rollers, an electrically driven cover plate moveable between a closed and opened position, a spray cleaning system located within the container for cleaning the rotating belt of wastes and directing pet wastes out of the container and a motor for powering rollers, the cover plate, and the spray cleaning system.
FLEXIBLE PAIL
A flexible pail having a container that is adapted to stand upright. The container may have a flexible sheet, a cover, a base, a flap and an odor barrier. The cover may be attached to a first upper end of the flexible sheet, while the base may be attached to a second lower end of the flexible sheet. The cover may have a flap pivotably attached thereto, such that the flap is adapted to pivot between an open position and a closed position. The cover may further have an opening and an odor barrier disposed in the opening.
Portable animal waste collection and storage apparatus
An apparatus for collecting and temporarily storing animal waste such as dog droppings includes a portable storage container with a pivoting lid movable between an open position and a closed position to keep contents dry. The container is adapted to receive and secure thereto a removable liner bag for easy disposal of the waste. A handle attached to the container pivots the lid open and closed with one position exposing the interior space from above for ease of adding and removing liner bags. A removable waste scooper is suspended from an outer wall of the container. The user need only touch the handle and a scooper when depositing droppings into the bag. The lid extends over an upper mouth of the container to prevent water from rain or sprinklers from seeping into the inner space. Custom compostable liner bags may be provided with lobes that are captured within bag retainers on front and rear walls.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR STORING GARBAGE OUTDOORS
A storage container that is suitable for storing waste outdoors, including pet waste is described. The storage container has a smaller container inside a large container with a lid the fits over and interior lip or the exterior of the outer container. In one embodiment, a method for storing waste is disclosed by using an inner container inside a larger outer container with a lid that may have an item on top that can serve as a decorative item as well as a handle. A method for using this device is detailed as well as a method of manufacturing the device.
Bag and hand protector combination for sanitary waste or specimen collection
A device for sanitary collection of materials features a bag having a closed bottom end, side walls that extend from the closed bottom end to delimit a collection space above the closed bottom end, and a hand protector that is attached to one of said side walls and has a hollow interior that is open or openable at one end to enable insertion of one's hand into the hand protector. A handle is provided in an opposing side wall so that that bag can be suspended in an open state between a wrist or forearm on which the hand protector is worn, and the hand of the user's opposite arm. A stamping operation performed on a continuous plastic web is operable to efficiently create the bag and hand protector as integral parts of a unitary bag construction.
WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEM
A container including a plurality of side walls connected to form a tubular structure. A lid is provided for covering a top opening of the tubular structure. The lid includes a separate compartment with a bag dispenser therein, and the compartment is accessible for dispensing a bag while the lid is in contact a top edge of the tubular structure. A base is provided at or near a bottom opening of the tubular structure.
Foot actuated animal waste receptacle
A foot actuated animal waste receptacle enables sanitary and efficient disposal and storage of animal waste. A counterweighted outer housing forms a protective casing and an ornamental design. A weight integrates into the base end of the housing to prevent tipping over. A lid hingedly connects to a housing perimeter of the outer housing, pivotally moving between open and closed positions through a foot actuated hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism comprises a series of connected rods that pivotally articulate to move the lid. The lid is securely maintained in a closed position through a compression load stored in a compression spring, and a hook and catch that detachably couple. A rim inside the housing perimeter holds a replaceable bag inside the outer housing to directly receive animal waste. A plurality of fastening tabs are disposed around the perimeter of the rim to detachably fasten replaceable bag to the rim.
EASY OPEN DISPOSABLE BAG
A disposable bag; the disposable bag includes a bag-body, a first grip-patch and a second grip-patch. The first grip-patch and the second grip-patch are adhesively attached to opposite external sides of the bag-body. Simultaneous gripping of the first grip-patch and the second grip-patch provides a friction configured to allow for improved separation of the external sides of the bag-body, such that the user is able to quickly access an inner-capacity of the bag for use. In a preferred embodiment, the disposable bag is a pet waste disposal bag. In some embodiments, the disposal bag may be part of a roll of disposable bags.
WASTE RECEPTACLE
Implementations of a waste receptacle are provided. The waste receptacle is an outdoor container configured to temporarily store dog waste, in particular, disposable plastic bags containing dog waste. In some implementations, the waste receptacle is configured to hold a trash bag so that it can be easily filled with dog waste and/or other refuse. In some implementations, the waste receptacle comprises a body, a trash chute member having a hinged cover that provides selective access to the interior of the body, a lid configured to cover the trash chute member, and a keeper configured to secure the mouth of a trash bag about a conduit extending from the bottom side of the trash chute member. In some implementations, the waste receptacle may further comprise a foot pedal that is operably coupled to the lid. In this way, the lid can be opened by stepping on the foot pedal.
