11612245 · 2023-03-28 · ·

A press locked grating, in particular for use as a shelf for plate or heavy-duty shelves, has two longitudinal sides and cross members and longitudinal members having an I-shaped profile arranged between the longitudinal sides and at right angles to each other. The longitudinal members are inserted or pressed into punched holes of the cross members open towards the grating upper side. The longitudinal sides are formed in cross-section as a profile that includes at least first and second orthogonal legs. Each cross member has a punched hole at each end, in which the first leg is arranged and firmly connected thereto by a connecting method. The first leg is inserted or pressed into the punched hole, thereby achieving a first connection of the profile to the cross member, and has at least one deformation, thereby fixing the insertion or press connection of the cross member to the profile.

The production line includes a logistics channel, a stand column-based feeding area, a supporting beam-based feeding area, an in-line logistics system, a shelf assembly area, a finished product area, and a control system. The stand column-based feeding area, the supporting beam-based feeding area, the shelf assembly area, and the finished product area are connected in series by means of the in-line logistics system to form an integrated production line.

Storage apparatus

An apparatus (10, 60) for storage of elongate elements, such as pipes, tubes and conduits. The apparatus (10, 60) includes a frame (12) that supports a plurality of trays (15, 63). The trays (15, 63) are arranged in two vertical columns of storage positions, except for the trays located at the top or bottom of the apparatus as they are moved about sprockets (71, 72) by a drive motor (73). Each tray (15, 63) is configured to support a plurality of elongate items. The trays (15, 63, which may embodied as cradles or racks, may be moved between a storage position and an access position, wherein in the access position, the elongate items can be accessed from substantially vertically above the tray (15, 63).

APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR PALLET LOAD MONITORING

Apparatus, systems and methods for monitoring loads on a pallet, each apparatus using one or more force sensors placed under and along a single side of a loaded pallet. In embodiments, each apparatus comprises one or more low profile force sensors in one or more housings mountable on an underlying floor surface, carrying self-contained power supplies and having an associated Bluetooth transceiver. The apparatus force sensors output signals corresponding to pallet loads and load changes. Multiple apparatus may comprise a system including a base station having a Bluetooth transceiver for communicating with each the Bluetooth transceiver of each apparatus.

Mobile storage system with elevated platform

A movable storage assembly has first and second mobile storage units that are selectively movable towards and away from one another and are equipped with a deployable and retractable (or installable and removable) platform to facilitate access to upper regions of the storage units. The platform is movably coupled to one of the mobile storage units and can be repositioned between a deployed or installed position in which the platform interlocks the first storage unit to the second storage forming an elevated walking or standing surface therebetween, and a retracted or removed position in which the platform is partially disconnected to allow the first mobile storage unit to move independently and into close proximity with the second mobile storage unit.

AUTOMATED STORAGE SYSTEM HAVING A STORAGE TOWER IN ISOLATING HOUSING
20230127239 · 2023-04-27 · ·

An automated storage and retrieval system includes an isolating housing having walls and a roof, one or more openable and closable housing openings or hatches arranged in the roof of the isolating housing, a rail system arranged above the roof, a storage tower arranged inside the isolating housing, and an automated control system. The isolating housing is arranged to isolate goods stored within the isolating housing from an outside environment. The goods are stored in storage containers. One or more wheeled container handling vehicles may travel upon the rail system. The container handling vehicles include a lifting device for lifting and lowering containers. The rail system is at least arranged such that a container handling vehicle may be positioned with its lifting device positioned above a hatch. The storage tower is accessible to the container handling vehicle or vehicles though a hatch. The storage tower includes a plurality of vertically stacked container supports, a displacement device for horizontally moving container supports in order to align the opening of vertically adjacent container supports to form a tower port beneath a hatch, and a displacement device for horizontally moving a target container support in order to position a target container at the bottom of the tower port. METHOD FOR CALCULATING OBJECT PICK-AND-PLACE SEQUENCE AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC STORAGE PICK-AND-PLACE

A method for calculating an object pick-and-place sequence and an electronic apparatus for automatic storage pick-and-place are provided. When a warehousing operation is to be performed, the following steps are performed. A weight of an object to be stocked that is to be put on a shelf is obtained. The weight is substituted into a plurality of coordinate positions corresponding to a plurality of unused grid positions respectively, so as to calculate a plurality of estimated center of gravity positions. Whether the estimated center of gravity positions are located within a balance standard area is determined so as to sieve out a plurality of candidate grid positions from these unused grid positions. One of the candidate grid positions is selected as a recommended position of the object to be stocked.
