Gap accessary device for elevated roller rails

The invention is a gap accessary device for elevated roller rails disposed on a platform floor. The device includes a housing, fingers, tangs, roller support structures, rollers, a first curved truncated inclined plane, and a second curved truncated inclined plane. The device allows cargo to enter a platform without catching on the platform threshold and requires less effort to load cargo onto a platform with elevated roller rails.

A mobile body positioning station and a mobile body positioning system include a first partition, a second partition disposed along a direction intersecting an extending direction of the first partition, and a guide device as a guide disposed on a movement path of a robot as a mobile body. The guide device is disposed along an oblique direction with respect to the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the first partition to extend from the first partition toward the second partition side. The guide device is configured to make the robot move in the oblique direction more easily than move in directions other than the oblique direction, and the guide device moves the robot along the first partition toward the second partition.

REBAR CAGE ASSEMBLY MACHINE

A machine for assembling rebar cages includes a support frame, axial rollers mounted to the support frame for rotatably supporting a cylindrical wire cage for axial rotation about an axis of elongation, a carriage movably mounted to the support frame for translation, with the carriage adapted for driving an elongate rebar rod in a first axial direction. A drive mechanism is mounted to the support frame for driving the carriage in translation back and forth between a retracted position and an extended position for driving rebar rods into the rebar cages for assembly.

A machine for assembling rebar cages includes a support frame, axial rollers mounted to the support frame for rotatably supporting a cylindrical wire cage for axial rotation about an axis of elongation, a carriage movably mounted to the support frame for translation, with the carriage adapted for driving an elongate rebar rod in a first axial direction. A drive mechanism is mounted to the support frame for driving the carriage in translation back and forth between a retracted position and an extended position for driving rebar rods into the rebar cages for assembly.

The guide rail can be tubular, with a proximal end of the bracket inserted into each end of the tube. Retention devices for releasably securing the distal ends of brackets to the loading and unloading ends of the flow bed can include a pin, inserted through an opening in the distal end of the bracket, beneath where the bracket is inserted through the flow bed. Preferred pins can include a handle portion for inserting and pulling the pin out of the opening in the locking structure, such as a split cotter pin, resilient projection, spring clip and the like, to resist the unintentional withdrawal of the pin from the end of the lane divider.
