RAIL TRANSPORT OVER-UNDER BYPASS SYSTEM FOR CONVEYING BULK MATERIALS
A rail transport system having no internal drive is used for conveying bulk materials and includes an over-under bypass arrangement. The bypass arrangement includes drives, ramps and switches that allow trains to travel in both directions on two sets of tracks positioned above the same track footprint. Rail bypass arrangements for use with rail transport systems for conveying bulk materials and allowing bypass of a first train and a second train are also disclosed herein.
Foldable conveyor with deployable skirting
A conveyor comprises a first conveyor section and a second conveyor section that is foldable with respect to the first conveyor section. Skirting is movable into and out of a deployed state in which it extends along the second conveyor section. A skirting support is coupled to the skirting and is movable into and out of a deployed state in which it holds the skirting in the deployed state. Actuating device is provided for moving the skirting support. The skirting is deformable or foldable so that it does not have to be removed or fitted when the conveyor is folded or deployed, and is less susceptible to damage.
Mount for adjustable conveyor belt guiderail and related methods
An apparatus for supporting a guiderail for guiding one or more articles conveyed along a conveyor having a conveying path in a conveying direction. The apparatus includes a mount for mounting to the conveyor. The mount includes a support rail for supporting the guide rail, which support rail may have a length in the conveying direction less than a length of the conveyor. The support rail may include one or more stops for engaging one of a pair of movable supports. The supports may be slidably mounted to the support rail for adjusting a position of the guiderail relative to the conveyor in a direction transverse to the conveying direction. Related methods are also disclosed.

Plate conveyor belt
A plate conveyor for moving walkways contains a track system having tracks, which track system is formed by track elements, and a central track serving as a guide for plate conveyor elements of the plate conveyor. The length of the track system can be adjusted. For this purpose, substantially triangular openings which are delimited by bars are provided between track elements that adjoin one another. Triangular or trapezoidal length adjusting pieces are inserted into the openings and are pushed in to such an extent that the oblique edges of the length adjusting pieces abut the edges of the openings formed by the bars. The central tracks of the track elements that adjoin one another are connected to one another by coupling pieces.
Conveyor assembly having dynamic frame components and method of using the same
Various embodiments are directed to conveyor apparatuses and methods of using the same. In various embodiments, a conveyor apparatus comprises a conveyor frame including a plurality of opposing sidewalls extending in a length direction and a bottom panel comprising a hinged configuration relative to the opposing sidewalls such that the bottom panel is configured for movement throughout a range of rotational motion between a closed position and an open position; and a bottom panel positioning assembly comprising: a mounting bracket secured to one of the opposing sidewalls; a positioning element slidably engaged relative to the mounting bracket and configurable between a nominal position and an engaged position; and a retention element configured to bias the positioning element towards the nominal position; wherein the bottom panel positioning assembly is configured to facilitate selective arrangement of the bottom panel based at least in part on an arrangement of the positioning element.
DOOR ASSEMBLY AND APPARATUS FOR COLLECTING OBJECTS COMPRISING THE SAME
A door assembly is provided. The door assembly includes: a guide frame unit including a first guide track and a second guide track spaced apart from and disposed in parallel with the first guide track; an inner door disposed to be upwardly and downwardly movable along the first guide track and provided with a first locking part protruding in a first direction at a lower end; an outer door disposed to be upwardly and downwardly movable along the second guide track and provided with a second locking part protruding in a second direction from above a point at which the first locking part is formed; and a drive unit configured to move the inner door upwardly and downwardly, wherein the second locking part is formed to contact the first locking part as the inner door moves upwardly.
Vehicle conveyor system and surface system for a vehicle conveyor
In an aspect, a conveyor system is provided for a vehicle having wheels. The conveyor system includes a conveyor having an inlet end positioned to receive a vehicle to be conveyed, and an exit end positioned for exiting of the vehicle off of the conveyor, and a surface positioned proximate to at least one of the inlet end and the exit end. The surface is positioned to support at least one of the wheels while at least another of the wheels is supported on the conveyor. The surface has surface properties selected such that a coefficient of friction between the surface and tire rubber is below a selected threshold so as to permit sliding of the at least one of the wheels on the surface while the at least another of the wheels is supported on the conveyor.
