System for inverting packaging box
A reversing system for reversing a packing box, an upper surface of which is opened, and from which products are withdrawn, such that a lower surface of the reversed empty packing box is disposed above. A first conveyor transfers an empty packing box, an upper surface of which is opened, from a position at which products are withdrawn from the packing box to a position at which the packing box is reversed. A turning device holds the packing box to be turned about a horizontal rotation axis, and reverses the packing box. A second conveyor carries the reversed packing box to a position at which the bottom surface is opened. The turning device holds two sides, facing each other, among sides of the packing box, and turns and reverses the packing box using a portion between the holding locations of the two held sides as a rotation axis.
Overhead tray conveyor and wash system
An overhead tray conveyor system conveying tray movers holding trays carrying products to a workstation area for processing. Soiled trays are transferred from the tray movers to a wash system. Once sanitized, the trays are returned from the wash system to the tray movers advancing around a track circuit.
ROLLER SHOE AND SLAT SORTER CONVEYOR
A roller shoe slat sorter conveyor system includes a conveyor forming an upwardly facing support surface. The support surface includes slots oriented transversely to the conveying direction and a plurality of roller shoe assemblies mounted for sliding movement along respective slots for transversely discharging objects from a medial position to either side of the conveying surface. Each roller shoe assembly includes a releasably mounted carrier disposed below the conveying surface. The releasable connection enables the roller shoe to detach from the carrier, and be manually reattached. The elongated roller shoe features downward slanting ends and includes a plurality of roller wheels extending above the surface of the shoe mounted to axles movable in a vertical axis whereby an article resting on the rollers of a shoe depresses the rollers so they contact the slat surface and move an article resting thereon at twice the speed of the shoe.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONVEYING ARTICLES, PIECE GOODS AND/OR CONTAINERS WITHIN AT LEAST TWO CONVEYING PATH SECTIONS
The invention relates to a palletizing apparatus (10) and a method for conveying articles (16), piece goods, and/or bundles (18) and/or palletizable article layers, piece good layers, and/or bundle layers (20) with at least two conveyor line sections (12, 14), each in a particular conveying direction (28, 29). Each conveyor line sections include consecutive handling stations, grouping stations, and/or transfer stations (32, 33, 40, 44, 48, 50), which lead to a central loading station (24), where the article layers, piece good layers, and/or bundle layers (20) are stacked on top of each other and/or palletized in a common loading place (25). The loading station (24) is located between at least two vertically adjustable support surfaces and/or conveying surfaces (52). The common loading place (25) is supplied with article layers, piece good layers, and/or bundle layers (20).
FEED DEVICE FOR FEEDING ROUND BLANK RINGS MADE FROM PLASTIC AND ARRANGEMENT FOR TRANSPORTING OF SUCH ROUND BLANK RINGS
The invention relates to an arrangement (20) to transport a round blank ring (30) made from plastic from a receiving location (35) to an assembly station (90). A every point in time, the orientation and the position of the round blank ring (30) are predefined, at least within a tolerance range. To execute a movement from top to bottom in a height direction (H), it is possible to use a feed device (34) with a motor-driven conveying unit (58). This conveying unit (58) moves one or more round blank rings (30) in a positively guided manner downward in the height direction (H) to a delivery location (36). At every point in time as this is done, the orientation of the round blank ring relative to the height direction (H) is defined, at least within a predefined tolerance range.
Withdrawal system for withdrawing items from packaging box
A system for taking out items wrapped in a packaging film and accommodated in a packaging box with an open top. The system includes a first conveyor configured to transfer a packaging box accommodating items therein, a fixing device for fixing, at a withdrawal position where the items are taken out of the packaging box, the packaging box transferred by the first conveyor with its top open, a withdrawal device for moving to a space in which the items are accommodated in the packaging box so as to suck the same using vacuum suction and take out the same, an item transfer device for transferring the items taken out by the withdrawal device with the items placed on the item transfer device, and a box transfer device for transferring an empty packaging box from which the items are taken out.
SUBSTRATE TRANSPORTING DEVICE AND RELATED PROCESSING SYSTEM
The present disclosure proposes a substrate transporting device having a drive motor configured to drive the drive shaft, transporting belts driven by the drive shaft and configured to transport glass substrates at an operating speed when the drive shaft is driven by the drive motor, a rail arranged between the transporting belts, and a pushing block arranged on the rail and moving along a transporting direction of the glass substrates at a moving speed in accordance with the operating speed of the transporting belts, for pushing the glass substrate to shift horizontally along the transporting direction of the glass substrate to prevent the glass substrate from being crooked. In this way, the orientation of the glass substrate is corrected, and the accuracy of the transportation of the glass substrate is ensured. The occurrence of machine disorder due to a crooked glass panel is reduced as well.

A middle guide is located between a first transporter and a second transporter in a width direction in an area of a conveyor device extending in a transportation direction including a joint connecting to a support conveying device to guide a bottom middle portion of a bottom surface, and the bottom middle portion is a portion of the bottom surface between a bottom first portion and a bottom second portion in the width direction. The middle guide has a middle guide surface to guide the bottom middle portion, and the middle guide surface is located in a reference plane at the joint and inclined further downward at a greater distance from the joint.
Method and system for packaging products belonging to the fruit and vegetable group
A method is provided for packaging objects which are included in a plurality of objects belonging to the fruit and vegetable group and the shape of which is such that the objects included in the plurality of objects can roll along a surface. The objects included in the plurality of objects are deposited onto a solid surface of a system for packaging the objects. The deposition surface is substantially horizontal, suitable for receiving the objects included in the plurality of objects and elastically deformable such that the deposition of each object on the deposition surface creates, under the weight of the object concerned, a recess in the deposition surface. This tends to wedge the object in the recess, then the objects included in the plurality of objects deposited onto the deposition surface and held in a position relative to the deposition surface which position is fixed during deposition and held subsequent to deposition due to the deposition surface, are removed from the deposition surface for the purpose of packing in a packaging container.
Low profile transfer conveyor for use with conveyor systems
The low profile transfer conveyor bridges gaps between terminal ends of contiguous multi segment conveyors and provides a driven belt bridge with a length that approximately bridges the space between the flat surfaces of conveyor belt segments of the multi segment conveyors and has a low profile which minimizes any unsupported distance across which articles must cross between conveyor belt segments by providing a small continuous section of driven conveyor belt traversing a flat surface bounded on two sides by small radius edges so the transfer conveyor edges extend almost to the flat surface of the belt segments on opposite sides of the gap that it bridges. At its ends, the belt of the transfer conveyor is driven by one or more drive pulleys.
