Hygienic magnetic tray and conveyor
A hygienic magnetic tray and conveyor. The low-profile tray includes a forcer sandwiched between an article-supporting top and an opposite bottom. The top is made of hygienic material, and the bottom can be made of a low-friction material. The tray is propelled along a guide surface on an enclosure housing stator coils supported in a conveyor frame. The stator forms a linear motor with the forcer in the tray. Various disposal systems provide escape routes for removing fluids and debris from the guide surface of the stator enclosure.
AIR BEARING CONVEYOR
A roller conveyor having a bed of rollers supported by air bearings and driven by a linear-motor stator. The rollers are made of electrically conductive or magnetic material to operate as rotors forming linear motors with the linear stator. Air bearings support the ends of the rollers. Intermediate air bearings support the middle of long rollers in wide conveyors.
GRIPPING DEVICE WITH NEEDLES FOR DEFORMABLE FOOD PRODUCT
A gripping device for at least one deformable food product has at least one perforated plate defining at least one receiving surface for the deformable food product, and for each receiving surface, a pair of needles associated with the receiving surface. Each needle of the pair is able to be moved between a retracted position, in which the needle does not pass through the receiving surface, and a deployed position, in which the needle passes through the receiving surface. A facility has the gripped device for producing deformable food products, and a method for moving a deformable food product uses the gripping device.
Flat-top side-drive modular conveyor belt
A modular plastic conveyor belt constructed of a series of block-shaped belt modules. The belt has drive elements along its left and right sides for side-driving by a sprocket or drive belt. The top side and the bottom side are flat, devoid of drive structure, and provide high impact resistance and reversibility. Hinge elements along leading and trailing sides have circular hinge-pin holes or elongated oval holes that allow the belt to collapse under low tension.
CONVEYANCE SYSTEM
A conveyance system includes a chamber 1, a plate 7A disposed in the chamber 1, the plate 7A being used for disposing an article thereon, an in-chamber bridge 19 disposed in the chamber 1 and capable of coming into contact with the plate 7A, a moving member 3A that moves along the in-chamber bridge 19 and the plate 7A to move the article on the in-chamber bridge 19 and the plate 7A, and a sterilization device 100 that sterilizes an interior of the chamber 1, in which the chamber 1 is allowed to be tightly sealed, with the moving member 3A disposed on the in-chamber bridge 19.
TROLLEY CONVEYOR ROLLER ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a roller assembly for a trolley conveyor that moves along a rail track including a flange and a web. The roller assembly for a trolley conveyor includes a pair of brackets that is placed respectively on both sides of the rail track, that has the shape of cranks corresponding to each other and that includes a mounting hole for installing a below-described shaft, a roller that is rotatably coupled to the upper end of the bracket so as to be mounted on the web and slide, and a shaft that penetrates the roller, that is coupled to the roller and that is inserted into and fixed to the mounting hole. The roller assembly with the configuration may have a simple structure, may be easily assembled and disassembled and may ensure durability.
DRIVE MODULE AND LINEAR TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A drive module for a linear transport system comprises a housing and a stator, wherein a conveying device of the linear transport system with a magnet arrangement can be arranged on the housing. The stator is arranged in the housing, wherein the stator comprises at least one coil arrangement having at least one coil with at least one stator tooth. The coil arrangement is designed to switchably provide a magnetic traveling field, wherein the magnetic traveling field exits from the coil arrangement at the end faces and passes through the housing shells in order to enter into operative connection with the magnet arrangement of the conveying device of the linear transport system on the outer side of the housing for the purpose of forming a magnetic coupling.
SPIRAL COOKING DEVICES AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
In one aspect, a spiral cooking device includes a first cooking zone with air configured to move horizontally therethrough in a first direction, a second cooking zone with air configured to move horizontally therethrough in a second direction different than the first direction, and a spiral conveyor belt at least partially positioned in the first and second cooking zones and configured to transport food product thereon through the first and second cooking zones. In one aspect, a spiral cooking device includes a spiral conveyor belt providing a central opening inside the belt and a conveyor belt drive member positioned externally of the central opening. In one aspect, a conveyor belt cleaning device is provided. In one aspect, a cooking device includes a frame including a plurality of coupled pipes for providing structural support to the device and at least one of the pipes is configured to have liquid pass therethrough.
Product containment guard for a conveyor
A conveyor employs an adjustable product containment guard adjacent to a carryway for containing product on the carryway. The product containment guard is mounted to an end plate that includes multiple seats for moving the product containment guard between different positions.
SHUTTLE CONVEYOR SYSTEMS FOR USE WITH A PATTY FORMING MACHINE
A jump shuttle conveyor system is configured to receive formed food patties from a molding assembly of a patty forming machine. The system includes a lifting plate and belt assembly coupled to a frame which are configured to be indexed to different vertical positions relative to the frame. Formed food patties are received on a belt of the belt assembly thereon, and can be moved off of the belt onto a transfer shuttle conveyor system. An output conveyor system can be provided to receive the formed food patties.
