A cartridge for receiving a plurality of adjacent, aligned, disposable gloves is described, the cartridge comprising a base; and a first element being arranged in use for alignment of the finger portions of the plurality of gloves. Furthermore, a machine arranged for dispensing a disposable glove is described, the machine comprising: an articulated arm arranged in use for contacting and retaining a first part of the glove and for moving said glove from a first position in which the glove is located in a cartridge containing one or more gloves, to a second position in which a second part of the said glove is able to be contacted with and retained by an anchoring means to open the cuff to allow a user to don the glove.

A refilling device on a stacking magazine (2) comprises a refilling magazine (18) which is disposed above the stacking magazine and has a rotatably drivable shaft (10) on each of two sides of the refilling magazine, the shafts together forming a support for a stack (11), and at least one controllably activatable air nozzle, by way of which air can be blown into the refilling magazine in such a way that metal sheets on the bottom side of the stack (11) can be bent by the air supply in the direction of the stacking magazine.

A method for loading blanks from a stack of blanks to a head press of a stamping press line is provided. The method may include: providing a loading robot; providing one or more separating robots configured to separate one blank at the top of a stack of blanks from the underlying blanks; providing a stack of blanks and applying separating robots to at least one side of the stack; recognizing the position of the stack of blanks using the position of the separating robots; picking up the blank located at the top of the stack of blanks with the loading robot, using the recognized position of the stack; loading the blank to the head press of the stamping press line using the loading robot. The feeder includes: a storing assembly configured to store a material tray on which a plurality of elements to be fed are placed; a fetching assembly configured to obtain the material tray from the storing assembly by sucking and transport the material tray; a distributing assembly configured to obtain at least one element to be fed by sucking from the material tray transported by the fetching assembly, and distribute the at least one element to be fed; and a turn-over assembly configured to turn over the at least one element to be fed distributed by the distributing assembly, and transport the at least one element to be fed to a next process unit.

A system for robotic sorting includes a bin system comprising a plurality of bins for holding items to be sorted, where each bin is configured to hold more than one of the items. The system further includes an item handling system configured to travel to each of the plurality of bins. The item handling system utilizes a vacuum force to remove an item held in one of the plurality of bins. The item handling system further utilizes one or more curvature generation devices to enable card manipulation. Additionally, the system includes a drive system coupled to the item handling system. The drive system is configured to move and position the item handling system over each of the plurality of bins. The system also includes a control system coupled to the drive system and the item handling system. The control system controls movement of the item handling system and the drive system.

A feeding system for carton blanks is disclosed, comprising a pivotable linkage, a gripper head connected to the pivotable linkage at a first rotational axis. The feeding system comprises a magazine configured to store a plurality of stacked carton blanks in a stacking direction. The carton blanks are confined in a cassette being dimensioned so that the carton blanks are confined to extend between proximal and distal internal surfaces of the cassette along a cassette direction which is perpendicular to the stacking direction and the first rotational axis. The proximal internal surface is arranged to align proximal edges of the carton blanks in a proximal alignment plane being perpendicular to the cassette direction, the proximal alignment plane extending between the gripper head and said first rotational axis. The first rotational joint is positioned in relation to the magazine such that there is a separation distance between the proximal alignment plane and the first rotational axis.

The present invention relates to a device for treating substrates which device is modular and versatile in use. The device for treating substrates comprises a feeder and one or more first sub-structure modules which each comprise a pressure cylinder with devices for fixing a lift and a sheet-conveying device and one or more second sub-structure modules which respectively have a transport cylinder with openings formed on the cover surface thereof, and having devices for fixing a lift and a sheet conveying device. The device (1) comprises a plate element (4), and a vibrating means (5) connected to said plate element (4) to vibrate said plate element (4) in relation to said magazine (3), such that said plate element (4) comes into contact with an edge of any unaligned blanks in said magazine in order to align said unaligned blanks. The invention also relates to an apparatus (100) and method for fetching a blank (2) from a magazine (3) holding a number of blanks (2).
