PROSTHETIC TOOTH OR DENTURE BASE
A prosthetic tooth for a denture comprises a lingual or palatal surface, an opposing vestibular surface, opposing proximal surfaces, an incisal or occlusal surface and an opposing apical surface, wherein at least one projection extends from a surface of the tooth for spacing the surface adjacent to the projection from a denture base. Alternatively, a denture base for a denture comprises a space having a surface for receiving a tooth, wherein at least one projection extends from a surface of the denture base for spacing the surface adjacent to the projection from the tooth. The projections assist with providing a substantially uniform or even layer of sufficient adhesive between a tooth and a denture base so that the strength of the bond between the tooth and the denture base is improved. In addition, a projection extending from a surface of a tooth makes it easier to determine whether the tooth is positioned correctly when the tooth is aligned with a denture base.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DENTAL OBJECT
The present invention relates to a method of producing a dental object (100), comprising the step of producing a support structure (101) on the dental object (100) having a predetermined breaking point (103) arranged such that a residual portion (105) of the support structure (101) remains on the dental object (100) after the predetermined breaking point (103) is separated.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DENTAL PROSTHESES AND DENTAL PROSTHESES
The present invention describes a method for the manufacture of dental prostheses where traditional artisanal or purely manual techniques are combined or merged with other more recent ones based on digital design, which comprises obtaining a digital image of the patient's mouth, digitally designing the dental pieces (1) and the gum (4) in a personalized way for each patient, manufacturing both parts separately, mounting them by tonguing-and-grooving and finally treating the prosthesis. Furthermore, the present invention also includes a dental prosthesis that comprises at least one dental piece (1) and a gum, where both are bonded by tonguing-and-grooving means.
METHOD OF PRODUCING PLATE DENTURE, CURABLE COMPOSITION FOR STEREOLITHOGRAPHY, AND PLATE DENTURE PRODUCTION KIT
To provide a method of producing a plate denture using a stereolithography 3D printer, which is capable of producing a plate denture in a short time with a more simplified production process, the plate denture exhibiting excellent occlusion. [Solving Means] The problem is solved by a method of producing a plate denture, including: adhering an artificial tooth and a denture base photochemically solidified by a stereolithography 3D printer to each other by polymerizing an unpolymerized curable composition for stereolithography present on a surface of the denture base. Further, stronger adhesion between the artificial tooth and the denture base is achieved by mixing, in the curable composition for stereolithography, a polymerization initiator other than a photopolymerization initiator for stereolithography.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DENTAL PROSTHESIS
The invention relates to a method for producing a dental prosthesis from a prosthesis base and a plurality of prosthesis teeth, characterized by the following chronological steps: providing the prosthesis teeth and the prosthesis base, wherein the prosthesis base comprises a plurality of tooth sockets for locating the basal surfaces of the prosthesis teeth; applying a plastically deformable connecting means onto the tooth sockets and/or basally onto the prosthesis teeth; locating the prosthesis teeth into the tooth sockets of the prosthesis base and in this situation connecting with the aid of connecting means to the prosthesis base in such a way that the prosthesis teeth, after locating in the tooth sockets, are movable in relation to the prosthesis base, wherein the position and the alignment of the prosthesis teeth to the prosthesis base remain retained if no external force effect is exerted onto the prosthesis teeth; changing the position and/or the alignment of at least one prosthesis tooth in the prosthesis base; and hardening the plastically deformable connecting means, and securely connecting the prosthesis teeth in this situation to the prosthesis base, wherein the position and the alignment of the prosthesis teeth in relation to the prosthesis base are retained.
The invention also relates to a dental prosthesis produced by such a method, and a set for carrying out such a method.
BONDING AUXILIARY DEVICE FOR ARTIFICIAL TEETH
The invention relates to a bonding auxiliary device (100) for arranging, aligning and fixing a plurality of artificial teeth (210) to be bonded into an artificial gingiva (220) of a dental prosthesis (200), the bonding auxiliary device (100) comprising: an occlusion device (110) for arranging and aligning the teeth (210) relative to one another, a support device (120) for supporting a prosthetic body (221) of the first dental prosthesis (200) comprising the gingiva (220), and a clamping element (140) for fixing the teeth (210), which are arranged and aligned by means of the occlusion device (110), in the gingiva (220) supported by the support device (120).
Dental prosthesis
A dental prosthesis is provided, manufactured from a one-piece or multi-piece prosthesis blank which is composed of a gum-colored material (14) and a tooth-colored material (14), especially each one being based on plastic material. The tooth-colored material (14) of the blank (10) has a diameter or a width of more than 5 cm and especially a substantially flat cylindrical shape with a diameter/height ratio of more than 2:1, preferably more than 3:1. The gum-colored and tooth-colored materials (14, 12) are bonded together by bonding, polymerization and/or integral production. The boundary (16) between the materials, as viewed in the direction of the dental arch course, is wave-shaped with alternating grooves and ribs (22, 24), and in the region of the anterior arch in the vestibular direction—is of radiant shape.
