GLASS SUBSTRATE COMPRISING AN EDGE WEB PORTION
A glass ribbon coated with a flexible material, the flexible coating forming a flexible web portion that extends from an edge of the glass ribbon at least one millimeter. The flexible web portion can be used to facilitate handling of the glass ribbon in a manufacturing process, and may include registration markings, or perforations, that further facilitate precise positioning of the ribbon.
Carrier tape feeder for chip mounter
Disclosed is a carrier tape feeder for a chip mounter. The carrier tape feeder includes: a body part; a rotation part, which is rotatably mounted on the body part and rotates by being engaged with a portion of a first carrier tape; a handle part, which is disposed by being separated by a predetermined distance from the outer circumferential surface of the rotation part, is rotatably mounted on the body part, and is selectively engaged with a second carrier tape; and a block part, which is rotatably mounted on the body part and exerts a force to the second carrier tape towards the rotation part according to rotation of the handle part.

Machine for processing a web material with a threading device and relative methods
In order to thread a web material in a converting machine a system is provided, with a first continuous flexible member and a second flexible member. An anchoring element, to which there can be fixed the web material leading edge, may be transferred from one to the other of the two flexible members so as to facilitate the threading operations.
Tape feeding device
A tape supply device is disclosed. The tape supply device comprises a supply roll supplying a tape having a first surface and a second surface formed opposite to the first surface; and a clamp gripping an end of the tape drawn from the supply roll. The clamp includes a first fixing part movable in an up-down direction, the first fixing part positioned above the tape, the first fixing part facing the first surface; a second fixing part positioned below the first fixing part, the second fixing part positioned below the tape, the second fixing part facing the second surface, and the second fixing part movable in the up-down direction, the second fixing part including a through hole; and a push rod positioned below the second fixing part. When the second fixing part moves down, the push rod passes through the through hole and protrudes upward from the second fixing part.
