METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE FOR LIGHTING
20220199961 · 2022-06-23 ·

An apparatus and method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode (OLED) for lighting are disclosed. The manufacturing apparatus includes a plurality of rolling members configured to move, in a transverse direction, a band-shaped base having holes formed at predetermined intervals at both width-direction ends thereof, and arranged at predetermined intervals along a movement direction of the base, and a deposition unit configured to discharge a vaporization material from a deposition source and sequentially depositing the discharged vaporization material on one surface of the base, along with the movement of the base. A plurality of protrusion members are formed on one surface of each of the rolling members, to move the base by being inserted in and released from the holes at both ends of the base along with rotation of the tolling members.

COMPONENT FEEDING DEVICE

The component feeding device includes a body portion, a first sprocket, a second sprocket, a peeler, a pair of rollers, and an openable cover. The first sprocket transports the carrier tape to the downstream component pickup position. The second sprocket transports the carrier tape from the component pickup position to the discharge port. The pair of rollers discharges the cover tape peeled off at the peeler. The first sprocket, the second sprocket, and the pair of rollers are disposed below the openable cover.

A MACHINE FOR PROCESSING A WEB MATERIAL WITH A THREADING DEVICE AND RELATIVE METHODS

In order to thread a web material in a converting machine a system is provided, with a first continuous flexible member and a second flexible member. An anchoring element, to which there can be fixed the web material leading edge, may be transferred from one to the other of the two flexible members so as to facilitate the threading operations.

METHOD FOR FEEDING A MATERIAL STRIP TO THE MACHINING ZONE OF A MACHINE TOOL

A method for feeding a material strip to the processing zone of a punch press, wherein the material strip is clamped between a pair of feed rollers and is fed intermittently by rotating the feed rollers at intervals, and wherein the following steps are carried out after each feed of the material strip and before the next feed of the material strip in a feed pause with the material strip stationary and clamped between the feed rollers: holding the material strip by fixing the feed rollers with a certain holding torque; temporarily reducing or eliminating the holding torque of the feed rolls; positioning the strip of material with the holding torque of the feed rollers reduced or removed by inserting one or more pilot pins into associated pilot holes in the strip of material, the strip of material being displaced by the pilot pin or pins and the feed rollers being rotated by the strip of material clamped between them as it is displaced, optionally overcoming the reduced holding torque; and re-extending the pilot pin(s) from the pilot holes of the material belt. This method makes it possible to achieve a highly precise strip feed even without complex intermediate lifting mechanisms.

Veneer sheet conveying apparatus and method of controlling the same

When a veneer conveyed out by a discharging conveyor is a product veneer, a sorting apparatus is rotationally driven to pierce the product veneer with needle-like bodies by a guide member and a push-up member (a rolling bearing). When the veneer conveyed out by the discharging conveyor is a trash veneer, the sorting apparatus is rotationally driven so that the trash veneer is not pierced by the needle-like body. With this configuration, the progress of the abrasion of the needle-like bodies can be delayed as compared with the configuration in which the product veneer and the trash veneer are both pierced by the needle-like body. As a result, the time to replace the needle-like bodies can be extended, whereby the running cost can be reduced.

Apparatus for conveying molded body for flattened tube fins

A conveying apparatus can achieve high-speed conveyance of a molded body for flattened tube fins, prevent generation of noise during conveyance, and have a smaller size. A conveying apparatus conveys a molded body for flattened tube fins obtained by providing a metal thin plate with cutaway portions, before the metal thin plate is cut into a predetermined length. The conveying apparatus includes a rotary conveying body including a plurality of protrusions that are tapered and able to enter the cutaway portions, and including a rotation shaft in a direction orthogonal to a conveying direction of the molded body for flattened tube fins in a horizontal plane, and a rotary conveying body driving unit that rotates and drives the rotary conveying body. A side surface shape of each of the protrusions is formed to have a shape to enable the protrusion to enter the corresponding cutaway portion with a space maintained in synchronization with a rotation of the rotation shaft, and retract from the cutaway portion while the protrusion comes in contact with the cutaway portion and conveys the molded body for flattened tube fins.

A receiver assembly can be coupled to a spindle to receive self-piercing rivets carried by a tape along a tape path below a punch. A reverse locking pawl can be designed to permit movement of the tape relative to the reverse locking pawl along the tape path in a forward direction and to engage a positioning aperture of the tape to stop movement of the tape in the reverse direction when a lead rivet is aligned with the punch. A method can include moving the tape forward along the tape path until a lead rivet of the tape is at a position along the tape path that is beyond an alignment position with the punch, and moving the tape in reverse to engage the corresponding positioning aperture.
