A peak value of pressure that the second rotary member pair applies to the sheet in the second nip portion is greater than a peak value of pressure that the first rotary member pair applies to the sheet in the first nip portion.
Sheet conveying apparatus and image forming apparatus
To provide an image forming apparatus having a sheet processing apparatus installed in an in-body space, capable of discharging sheets of different sizes without interfering with discharge operation of the sheet processing apparatus in a compact configuration. An image forming apparatus has a sheet binding unit disposed in an in-body space part thereof, a first conveying path for conveying the sheet discharged to the in-body space part toward the sheet binding unit, and a second conveying path for conveying the sheet discharged to the in-body space part toward a second stack tray that stacks thereon the sheet vertically below a first stack tray disposed outside the in-body space part. The second conveying path extends, inside the in-body space part, substantially horizontally between an image forming part and the sheet binding unit.
SHEET POST-PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS PROVIDED THEREWITH
A sheet post-processing apparatus includes an apparatus body, a body frame, a sheet conveyance passage, an elevating tray, and an elevating unit. The elevating unit has a pair of rails. The body frame has a plurality of vertical frame members extending in the vertical direction and horizontal frame members that extends in a horizontal direction and is joined to the plurality of vertical frame members. The pair of rails are formed integrally with, among the plurality of vertical frame members, a pair of vertical frame members provided corresponding to a second side surface.
Paper sheet handling apparatus
A paper sheet handling apparatus includes a handling section and a plurality of housing units. The handling section includes an upstream conveyance mechanism and a validation section. The upstream conveyance mechanism conveys paper sheets. The validation section validates paper sheets conveyed by the upstream conveyance mechanism. The housing units each include a downstream conveyance mechanism and a housing section. The downstream conveyance mechanism conveys paper sheets conveyed from the handling section. The housing section houses therein paper sheets conveyed by the downstream conveyance mechanism. Each of the housing units can be coupled to another one thereof via the downstream conveyance mechanisms, and a group of the downstream conveyance mechanisms, which are coupled together, is coupled to a group of the housing sections in a manner that allows the group of the downstream conveyance mechanisms to integrally pivot with respect to the group of the housing sections.

DEVICE FOR STORING A SHEET PILE IN A CONVERTING MACHINE AND CONVERTING MACHINE
A device for storing a sheet pile in a converting machine (10) comprises a transfer mechanism (28) for delivering sheets (22) into a piling area (26) of the device (22), and a sampling plate (44) which is adjustable between a sampling position and an access position, wherein the top of the piling area (26) is covered by the sampling plate (44) when the sampling plate (44) is in the sampling position and the top of the piling area (26) is free when the sampling plate (44) is in the access position.
ELECTRODE STACKING APPARATUS
An electrode stacking apparatus provided with a planar motor device (B) comprised of a flat plate-shaped stator (50) and a plurality of movers (40) able to move on a flat surface (51) of the stator in any direction along the flat surface (51) and able to rotate about a perpendicular axis of the flat surface (51) in a state magnetically floating from the flat surface (51). When stacking a new sheet-shaped electrode (1) held by an electrode conveyor device (A) arranged above the planar motor device (B) on a stacked electrode holder (60) of a mover (40), the mover (40) is made to move in synchronization with movement of the new sheet-shaped electrode (1) so that the new sheet-shaped electrode (1) continues to face the sheet-shaped electrode stacking position on the stacked electrode holder (60).
Battery material stacking system
The present invention has as its object the provision of a battery material stacking system able to stack sheet-shaped workpieces relating to battery materials continuously at a high speed. The system is comprised of a conveyance mechanism 1 conveying sheet-shaped workpieces W relating to battery materials in a predetermined direction, a placement mechanism 2 placing workpieces W, and a stacking mechanism 3 stacking workpieces W. The placement mechanism 2 comprises a stator 21 of a linear motor having a predetermined running rail, a plurality of movers 22 of a linear motor provided at the stator 21, pickup members 23 provided at the movers 22 and picking up the workpieces W, and a control part 100 controlling running of the movers 22 at the stator 21. The pickup members 23 pick up the workpieces W conveyed from the conveyance mechanism 1 and rotationally convey the workpieces W along with the movers 22 running along the running rail of the stator 21, then stacking the workpieces W on the stacking mechanism 3.
Machine Core and Multi-Currency Allocation Assembly Line Thereof
A multi-currency allocation assembly line includes a machine core module, a plastic packaging module, a sorting assembly line, and a manipulator. The machine core module is used for storing banknotes, and outputting banknotes into a banknote receiving funnel according to a system instruction. Among the machine cores in an array, the machine cores respectively store different banknotes, and the banknotes output by the different machine cores are then respectively conveyed, by means of the manipulator, to the plastic packaging module for plastic packaging and are then conveyed to the sorting assembly line, so as to complete banknote allocation, packaging and sorting in one step, thereby greatly increasing the banknote allocation efficiency and minimizing manual errors during manual operation.
PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR EJECTING RECORDING MEDIUM TO SPECIFIED EJECTION DESTINATION
A processing system includes a processing apparatus, a feeding apparatus, an ejection apparatus, and circuitry. The processing apparatus includes a processing device to execute a process on each of objects including a first object and a second object. The feeding apparatus feeds the objects to the processing apparatus. The ejection apparatus ejects the objects sent from the processing apparatus. The ejection apparatus includes an ejection purge portion to receive the second object traveling in the ejection apparatus. The circuitry sets whether to permit ejection of the second object not jammed to the ejection purge portion in case of a jam of the first object in the processing system. The circuitry causes the second object to be ejected to the set ejection purge portion, in response to detection of the jam of the first object.
