MULTI-FUNCTIONAL VISUAL ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH
Disclosed is a multi-functional visual electric toothbrush, including a main unit, an oral viewer, an interdental cleaning appliance and an electric toothbrush head. The oral viewer is connected to the main unit, the interdental cleaning appliance is connected to the front end of the oral viewer, and the electric toothbrush head is connected to a toothbrush driving mechanism. A circuit system and a control system of the main unit can not only transfer the energy of a power supply to the toothbrush driving mechanism, so as to drive the electric toothbrush head to work for large-area oral cleaning, but also connect a lighting system, an observation system and a switch of the oral viewer to control the oral viewer to work. The interdental cleaning appliance may be used cooperatively with the oral viewer to perform targeted cleaning on difficult-to-clean food debris in an oral cavity.

Systems for maintaining a vacuum in a patient's oral cavity comprises an oral device, a vacuum control system, and an assembly including first and second tubes for connecting the vacuum control system to the oral device. The oral device has an internal plenum, and a vacuum is drawn in the plenum by a vacuum pump connected by a first tube of the tubular assembly. The vacuum is maintained by an air source which is connected to the plenum by the second tube of the tubular assembly. By maintaining a constant circulating air bleed through the oral device and the connecting tubes, saliva may be removed from the system and collected in a saliva trap located before the vacuum pump.
RIGID TONGUE RETRACTOR
A dental device that firmly mates and rotationally orients the proximal end of a suction (evacuation) straw of a high volume extraction unit to a rigid, disposable tongue retractor firmly enough that it cannot be dislodged therefrom. This allows the device to direct the forcible movement and retention of the tongue while suctioning out saliva, water and debris from the dental patient's mouth. The device has a unique four point capture collar with two upper bands and two lower bands separated by open voids. The half bands each half encircle the shaft of the suction straw with the proximal void providing an easy connection of the straw's locking orifice to the retention post on the retractor.

ORAL SUCTION DEVICE
An oral suction device provides an oral suction screen over the oral cavity of a patient by providing upper and lower suction wings attached to a manifold. The wings are inserted between the upper and lower lips and arches of a patient, respectively, and serve to capture aerosols which would otherwise be ejected from the oral cavity. A tongue/cheek retractor, also in pneumatic communication with the manifold, serves to extract saliva and other products from the oral cavity while also preventing the tongue and cheeks from ingress of the workspace for the dental procedure.
High Volume Dental Suction Tip with Lower Volume Suction Port
A dental suction tip that can be connected through a hose to a low pressure or vacuum source will entrain material in a patient's mouth. A flap valve is formed by incisions in the hollow tube forming the suction tip. The flap valve is located between opposite ends of the dental suction tip so that the flap valve remains aligned with the tube walls so as not to restrict entraining flow in the suction tip. The dental suction tip can be reoriented with the tube extending between the patient's lips so that the patient can exert pressure to force valve flaps inwardly to open the valve to permit the patient to spit into the dental suction tip. The flap valve is spaced from the open end of the suction tip by a distance sufficient to prevent simultaneous blockage of both openings to avoid stalling or suck back or fluid migration and resulting adverse effects on patient health without compromising evacuating flow.

A dental valve device has a valve body having a tip receiving end having a flexible tubing extending outwardly from the tip receiving end with the flexible tubing having a flexible tubing opening, a hose receiving end, a lumen formed between the flexible tubing opening and the hose receiving end, and a partial opening formed in the valve body, and a rotatable valve sealing body adapted to be inserted into the partial opening, the rotatable valve sealing body having a bore for alignment with the lumen formed between the flexible tubing opening and the hose receiving end, the bore having a tip receiving opening and a hose receiving opening.
Negative-Pressure Oral Apparatus and Method for Maintaining Negative Oral Pressure and Collecting Liquid
The present invention discloses a negative-pressure oral apparatus capable of relieving discomfort of soft tissues in the oral cavity and improving fixation of the oral apparatus to prevent the oral apparatus from falling off due to mouth opening. The oral apparatus is compact and elastic so that it fits various shapes and sizes of the oral cavity and is easy to be put on and taken off to provide convenience and safety to the user. In another embodiment, a method for maintaining a negative oral pressure and collecting liquid by coupling the oral apparatus to a liquid collecting apparatus capable of effectively providing the oral cavity with a negative pressure to expel liquid in the oral apparatus and deliver the liquid to an absorbing element in the liquid collecting apparatus so as to prevent liquid leakage or contamination.
SELF-CLEANING SURGICAL SUCTION DEVICE AND METHOD OF USE
A surgical suction device is disclosed that includes a suction tube having a first longitudinal axis, a proximal opening, and a distal opening; a guide tube that is substantially coextensive with and parallel to the suction tube, and has a second longitudinal axis, a proximal opening, and a distal opening; a stylet having a proximal end and a distal end; and a junction point having a proximal opening and a distal opening; wherein the stylet is disposed along the second longitudinal axis and encircled by the guide tube, and urging the stylet through the guide tube along the second longitudinal axis through the junction conduit translates the distal end of the stylet to the distal opening of the junction point. The guide tube may effectively cut the length of the handle member in half.
SUCTION DE-CLOGGER SYSTEM AND METHOD
A declogging assembly (20) is configured for use with a suction conduit (10). The suction conduit has a head (14) at a first end (15) and a vacuum tube connection (16) at a second end (17). The assembly includes a body (30). The body defines a first aperture (32), a second aperture (34), and a third aperture (36). The assembly also includes a plug (40) disposed within the body (30). The plug has a surface (42) configured to contact the head (14) of the suction conduit (10) so as to move the plug from a first position, in which the first aperture (32) is in fluid communication with the second aperture (34), to a second position, in which the first aperture (32) is in fluid communication with the third aperture (36). The assembly (20) also includes a biasing member (50) configured to bias the plug into the first position.
