System and method for handling reel of pipe
A system includes a frame and a first pair of rollers coupled to a first side of the frame. The first pair of rollers is configured to support a first end of a pipe reel. The system also includes a first cradle disposed longitudinally between the first pair of rollers and a second pair of rollers coupled to a second side of the frame. The second pair of rollers is configured to support a second end of a pipe reel. The system also includes a second cradle disposed longitudinally between the second pair of rollers, a pipe guide coupled to a third side of the frame between the first and second sides, a pipe brake coupled to the frame, and a pipe re-spooler coupled to the frame.

Pipe deployment trailer
A system includes a trailer base, a trailer bed mounted to the trailer base, a turntable disposed on the trailer bed, and a lifting head protruding in an outwardly direction from the trailer bed and the trailer base when the lifting head is in a first orientation. A position of the lifting head is adjustable along a longitudinal axis of the trailer bed. The system also includes an actuator coupled to the trailer base. The lifting head is raised to a second orientation by the actuator when the actuator is in an actuated state, and the lifting head is in the first orientation when the actuator is in a non-actuated state.
Fiber coil mounting device used in automated composite material layup equipment
A fiber coil mounting device is used in automated composite material layup equipment. The fiber coil mounting device includes a fiber coil mounting shaft with axial hollow structure, a fiber stop plate disposed on two sides of the fiber coil mounting shaft, and an anti-slide fiber coil tightening mechanism. The anti-slide fiber coil tightening mechanism includes a piston assembly disposed inside the axial hollow structure, a spring piece disposed on the piston assembly, a driving unit controlling an axial slide of the piston assembly, and a tightening unit driven by an axial force produced by the spring piece during the axial slide of the piston assembly.

Method and Apparatus for Dispensing Fence Wire
Method and apparatus for an assembly which is attachable to a skid-steer or similar front end loader or tractor which is used to install fence wire, including woven wire. The assembly contains a plurality of spindles upon which rolls of wire can be placed, which wire passes through a threader which organizes and separates the wire, then through a clamping device operated hydraulically using electric and hydraulic controllers, then over a roller and around an upright wire guide whereupon the wire is attached to a fence post in a conventional manner. The wire is clamped using a clamping member operated by a hydraulic cylinder to clamp and lock the wire so that the wire can be stretched by the engine powered skid-steer, front end loader or the like so that the wire can be tightly attached to each fence post in a series operation. The plurality of spindles is disposed on an upright central stanchion attached to a platform so that the wire can be easily placed on and removed from the spindle. An alternative embodiment is shown for use with woven wire.

Strut for a spool-holding rack and a spool-supporting axle assembly for use therewith
Each of a pair of spool-supporting struts for a spool-holding rack having two pairs of vertical posts between which the struts are mounted utilizes an axle assembly having rotatable end portions for resting upon the struts and a beam having two opposite end portions. The beam includes an upwardly-opening pocket which is adapted to accept a rotatable end portion of the axle assembly directed downwardly therein, and there is associated with each end portion of the beam a platen portion which is positionable outboard of the pair of vertical posts. In addition, an abutment surface is associated with the upwardly-opening pocket for aiding in the locating of an end portion of the axle assembly in vertical registry with the upwardly-opening pocket, and the upwardly-opening pocket includes a pair of spool-centering guide plates along the side opening thereof.
