Ground thawing hose cleaning reel guide assembly
A ground thawing hose cleaning reel guide assembly cleans a ground thawing hose as the hose is reeled back onto a reel within a vehicle. The assembly includes a hose guide coupled to a frame such that the hose guide is movable between opposite ends of the frame. The hose guide has an interior edge defining an aperture extending through the hose guide. A sheet is coupled to the hose guide extending over the aperture. A channel extends into the sheet. The channel is configured to receive a hose within the channel whereby the sheet is configured to scrape debris from the hose as the hose is moved through the hose guide.

A paper separating roller, including a shaft body, a first friction member and a second friction member is provided. The first friction member covers a first surface of an outer periphery of the shaft body. The second friction member covers a second surface of the outer periphery of the shaft body, wherein the first friction member and the second friction member are formed of two different materials. With the design of the friction members being formed of composite materials, the paper separating roller has the advantages of two different material features at the same time, such that a wider range of performance capabilities can be achieved.

The present invention relates to a converting machine, i.e., a machine for winding or unwinding a strip of material on coils, particularly configured to process a delicate material.
In particular, the invention is directed to a machine (1) for converting coils of a material into smaller coils, wherein the strip (N) is moved along a path (P), comprising a loading unit (2) of a strip (N) of material into the machine (1), an accumulation unit (3) of the strip (N) being processed, and a winding unit (4) of the strip (N) on a winding shaft (5, 5) to form respective coils (B), said units being positioned along said path (P), characterized in that the accumulation unit (3) comprises: a first movable supporting structure (20) for a first series of movable rollers (21) and a second movable supporting structure (20) for a second series of movable rollers (21), wherein each series of movable rollers (21, 21) comprises a plurality of rollers aligned vertically in a plane parallel to a first and second straight path stretch (Pv1, Pv2), said first and second straight path stretches (Pv1, Pv2) being connected by a third upper path stretch (Ps), to form as a whole a substantially -shaped path stretch (P), which encloses said movable supporting structures (20, 20) underneath, and wherein said first and second movable supporting structures (20, 20) slide in opposite directions away from each other between a retracted position, in which the movable rollers (21, 21) are not in contact with the strip (N), and a plurality of extended positions, in which the movable rollers (21, 21) are in contact with the strip (N); a first series of fixed rollers (19) and a second series of fixed rollers (19), facing the first and second series of movable rollers (21, 21), respectively, but staggered vertically with respect thereto, each series of fixed rollers (19, 19) comprising a plurality of vertically aligned rollers, respectively, on a plane parallel to said first (Pv1) and second (Pv2) stretches of path (P) and facing one side of said path stretches (Pv1, Pv2) opposite to said first and second series of movable rollers (21, 21), i.e., on the outside of the -shaped path stretch (P) so that said path stretches (Pv1, Pv2) are placed between said fixed rollers (19, 19) and said movable rollers (21, 21).

RUBBER COMPOSITION AND PAPER FEEDING ROLLER FORMED OF THE SAME
Provided are a rubber composition capable of imparting a high tensile strength to a roller main body so as to be able to be used for equipment that allows paper to pass through at high speed, while maintaining high abrasion resistance of the roller main body and a favorable paper feeding performance of the paper feeding roller; and a paper feeding roller. There is provided a rubber composition contains: a rubber that includes a non-oil extended EPDM having an ethylene content of 55 to 72%; and more than 20 parts by mass and 30 parts by mass or less of a filler, and 2.5 parts by mass or more of a peroxide crosslinking agent per 100 parts by mass of the rubber, in which the filler contains 15 to 30 parts by mass of an amorphous silica per 100 parts by mass of the rubber.
Sheet transport roller rubber composition and sheet transport roller
A rubber composition capable of manufacturing a sheet transport roller having an excellent friction coefficient and wear resistance. A sheet transport roller rubber composition contains an ethylene--olefin-diene copolymer as a base rubber, a sulfur-based crosslinking agent, and a coumarone-indene resin. It is preferable that the sheet transport roller rubber composition be obtained by mixing the base rubber and the coumarone-indene resin at a temperature equal to or higher than a softening point of the coumarone-indene resin to prepare a mixture, and then mixing this mixture with a sulfur-based crosslinking agent.
WINDING DEVICE
A winding device includes: a first unwinding equipment, a second unwinding equipment, a third unwinding equipment and a fourth unwinding equipment, respectively configured for outputting a first diaphragm, a cathode pole piece, a second diaphragm and an anode pole piece; a merging equipment, configured for merging passing material strip layers; a pole-piece-inserting equipment, configured for cutting off the passing cathode pole piece, and transporting a starting end of the cathode pole piece downstream; a winding equipment, including a turret and at least two winding needles, the turret is adapted to drive each of the winding needles to pass by a first station and a second station sequentially; and a guiding roller, the layers of material strip located between the first station and the second station winding through the guiding roller.

Provided is a conveying apparatus, including: a conveying roller that conveys a recording medium; a first helical gear that rotates integrally with the conveying roller; a gear unit that engages with the first helical gear and generates a thrust force to the conveying roller. The gear unit includes a second helical gear and a third helical gear, and a thrust force that the conveying roller receives from the second helical gear acts in an opposite direction of a thrust force that the conveying roller receives from the third helical gear.

The transfer mechanism comprises a sheet handling element (28) for moving a sheet, the sheet handling element (28) comprising at least one sliding element (54). The sheet handling element (28) is adapted to release the sheet when passing the waste evacuation device (36). The waste evacuation device comprises at least one alignment element (38) adapted to interact with the at least one sliding element (54) for minimizing deformation of the sheet handling element (28) when passing the waste evacuation device (36).
