Sheet conveyance apparatus that ensures reduced noise, and image forming apparatus including the same
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes an inner main unit, a guiding portion, a conveyance roller pair, a mounting portion, and an urging member. A pair of bearing portions supports a shaft portion of a driven roller. A supporting portion is located on an upstream side or a downstream side in a conveyance direction in the pair of bearing portions and supports a pair of extending portions from below. A pressing portion abuts on the pair of extending portions, from above, between the pair of bearing portions and the supporting portion to elastically deform the pair of extending portions. A regulating portion is located between the pair of bearing portions and the supporting portion in the conveyance direction and regulates an interval between the pair of extending portions such that the interval becomes wider than a length of a roller portion in a width direction.
Machine for winding of pre-stretched film reels
A machine for producing coils of prestretched extendible film has a prestretching unit (10) for prestretching the film (F) and a winding unit (100) for winding the film in a coil provided with a series of rollers around which the advancing film winds partially; the winding unit comprises a winding roller (104) in pressing contact against the coil (R) of the prestretched film in winding progress; to obtain coils of constant diameter and high winding quality the final contact position is varied of the winding roller (104) against the coil (R) according to the length of the wound film and according to the required diameter of coil.
FOIL TRANSFER DEVICE
A foil transfer device having a reduced size is provided. The foil transfer device includes an adhesive application mechanism that applies an adhesive to a medium, and a transfer roller pair that presses a foil transfer sheet against the medium to which the adhesive is applied to transfer the foil to the medium. The adhesive application mechanism includes a head that ejects an adhesive onto the medium, and a platen that is disposed on the lower side of the head and on which the medium is mounted. In the foil transfer device, the transfer roller pair is disposed on the lower side of the platen.
WINDING AND UNWINDING SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD, CONTROL UNIT, AND COMPUTER STORAGE MEDIUM
A winding and unwinding system for electrode plate includes a winding and unwinding box, a cooling unit, and a control unit. The winding and unwinding box includes a box body and a box door jointly defining a box space, an electrode plate discharge port provided on a side of the box body, a rotating shaft provided in the middle of the box space, an electrode plate cylinder connected to and driven by the rotating shaft, a first temperature sensor monitoring temperature of the electrode plate, a first gas detector monitoring oxygen concentration inside the winding and unwinding box, gas inlet and outlets located at bottom and top of the box body, respectively. The cooling unit communicates with the gas inlet. The control unit controls the cooling unit to regulate the temperature of the electrode plate and the oxygen concentration inside the winding and unwinding box.
Cantilever type plane automatic adhesive tape pasting device
For the defects that manual adhesive tape pasting is low in efficiency and high in cost, and it is difficult to automatically paste adhesive tapes at specified positions of inner and outer surfaces of an item according to a certain length through a handheld box sealer and an adhesive tape seal pasting mechanism, a cantilever type plane automatic adhesive tape pasting device is invented. A liftable two-stage telescopic cantilever adhesive tape pasting head structure, a roller type automatic adhesive tape feeding structure, an adjustable fixed-length cutting structure and a roller type pasting structure are adopted for the device to achieve the automatic adhesive tape pasting on inner and outer side planes of an item. After the item needing adhesive tape pasting is positioned, the pasting process is completely automatically conducted without manual participation, the labor intensity is reduced, the labor efficiency is improved.
SHEET CONVEYANCE APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a first conveyance unit configured to form a first nip portion, a second conveyance unit configured to convey the sheet, and a guide unit configured to form a curved conveyance path. The guide unit includes a first guide, a second guide, a first driven roller rotatably driven with respect to the sheet by coming into contact with the sheet at a first contact point, and a second driven roller rotatably driven with respect to the sheet by coming into contact with the sheet at a second contact point. When viewed in a width direction orthogonal to the sheet conveyance direction, the first guide is formed so as not to intersect with a straight line passing through the first contact point and the second contact point on a side further upstream than the first contact point in the sheet conveyance direction.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus carrying a medium along a carrying path in a medium carrying direction includes a cutting part cutting the medium carried along the carrying path, a carrying part carrying and ejecting the medium cut by the cutting part, being located at downstream side from the cutting part, a medium jam detection part detecting a jamming of the medium by the carrying part, a remaining medium detection part detecting whether the medium remains in the carrying part, a recovery process selection part that selects a recovery process according to a remaining state of the medium, which is determined by the remaining medium detection part, and a controller that, when the medium jam detection part has detected the jamming of the medium, ejects the remaining medium based on the recovery process selected by the recovery process selection part.
Banknote alignment system for banknote validator
A banknote drive arrangement adjacent a banknote inlet repositions and drives a banknote into a banknote processing pathway for validation. The drive arrangement includes two drive rollers preferably spaced either side of a longitudinal axis of the pathway and adjacent to the banknote inlet. Each drive roller is separately controlled to allow different rotational speeds thereof (and forward and rearward movement Of a banknote) to allow shifting of a received end portion of a banknote before receiving the entire length of the banknote. This arrangement is preferably used with a sensing arrangement for sensing misalignment of an inserted banknote and if sensed, using the different rotational speeds to correct misalignment and preferably center a banknote in the processing pathway.
Tape dispenser
A tape dispenser comprises a main body, a blade, and an adhesive portion provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on a surface thereof. The adhesive portion is mounted below the blade and protruded from the main body. After a tape is cut by the blade, the adhesive portion contacts and adheres to the back of the tape's end so as to prevent the tape's end from flapping freely or unintentionally sticking back to the original location. At the next use, the adhesive portion can press the tape's end onto an object that needs to be taped.
