The disclosure relates to a method for producing a stack formed from multiple electrochemical cells, each of the electrochemical cells having a plurality of constituent components including at least one membrane component and a bipolar plate. The method includes orienting each constituent component of the constituent components on an edge of the constituent component, forming aligned components by feeding each constituent component of the constituent components oriented on the edge of the constituent component to a shaking boom, and forming the stack from the aligned components. The disclosure furthermore relates to a device for producing such a stack.

Film winding system and assembly comprising a film stretching unit and such a film winding system
A film winding system is disclosed having a first winding station which is configured in a winding position to wind the film web into a film bale. A contact roller and a compensating roller are provided, wherein the contact roller is arranged adjacent to the first winding station in the winding position and is configured to guide the film web to the first winding station. The compensating roller is located before the contact roller in the direction of travel of the film web and is configured to guide the film web to the contact roller and to set a film tension. A first adjustment device is provided and configured to move the contact roller towards the winding station or away from the winding station, thereby enabling the setting of a specific contact pressure between the contact roller and the film bale. The first adjustment device comprises a slide system or an adjusting spindle.
On-line detection system for defects of membrane electrode assembly
An on-line detection system for defects of an MEA is provided. The detection system includes a workbench, two connecting rods are arranged inside the workbench, two ends of the two connecting rods are both connected to two side walls of the workbench by means of bearings, and conveying rollers are fixedly arranged outside the two connecting rods in a sleeving manner. One side of the workbench is fixedly provided with a first electric motor, and an output end of the first electric motor is fixedly connected to one of the connecting rods. Belt pulleys are fixedly arranged outside the two connecting rods in a sleeving manner, and a belt is arranged outside the two belt pulleys in a sleeving manner. A hollow roller is arranged on an inner side of the workbench, and a plurality of exhaust holes are provided in a top of the hollow roller.
WINDING APPARATUS
A winding apparatus winds up a belt-shaped electrode sheet including an active material and a belt-shaped separator sheet made of an insulating material, and includes: a rotatable winding core to which the electrode and sheets are fed at accelerating or decelerating speed, and around which the electrode sheet and the separator sheet are wound; a rotatable transfer roller that defines a transfer path of the electrode sheet and has an outer circumference face on which the electrode sheet is placed; and a swing motion suppressing guide disposed at a position immediately upstream of the transfer roller along the transfer path. The electrode sheet includes: an electrode main body on which the active material is applied; and tabs protruded from a width direction edge portion of the electrode main body and disposed at intervals along a longitudinal direction of the electrode main body.
Assembly and method for handling a string of consecutive medicament pouches
The invention relates to an assembly for handling a string of medicament pouches, wherein the assembly comprises a packaging device for packaging discrete medicaments in the respective medicament pouches, and a winding device for winding said string on a reel, wherein the assembly further comprises a control unit which is operationally connected to the packaging device and the winding device, wherein the control unit is arranged to: receive one or more packaging status signals from the packaging device and to send one or more winding control signals to the winding device in response to said one or more packaging status signals; and/or receive one or more winding status signals from the winding device and to send one or more packaging control signals to the packaging device in response to said one or more winding status signals.

The sheet supporting portion includes a sheet supporting surface disposed adjacent to a sheet stacking surface on which the sheet is stacked in the sheet stacking portion, the sheet supporting surface being configured to support the sheet in conjunction with the sheet stacking surface, and a rotary member disposed such that part of the rotary member projects upward from the sheet supporting surface and comes into contact with a lower surface of the sheet, the rotary member being configured to rotate in accordance with feeding of the sheet.
