POSITION DETERMINING SYSTEM FOR MULTICAR ROPELESS ELEVATOR SYSTEM
An elevator car travels in a lane (113, 115, 117) of an elevator shaft (111). A linear propulsion system imparts force to the car (214). The system includes a first part (116) mounted in the lane of the shaft and a second part (118) mounted to the elevator car configured to co-act with the first part to impart movement to the car. Car state sensors (360a-c) are disposed in the lane and determine a state space vector of the car within the lane. A sensed element (364) on the car is sensed by the plurality of car state sensors when the car is in proximity to the respective car state sensor. A control system (225) applies an electrical current to at least one of the first part and the second part and the plurality of car state sensors communicate with the control system and the linear propulsion system to provide state space vector data.
Arrangement for the allocation of destination calls
The invention refers to an arrangement for the allocation of destination calls in an elevator system with at least two elevators, comprising a wireless transmitter device connected with an allocation control of the elevator system. The transmitter device interacts within a certain mutual distance with a wireless ID device carried by a passenger, which ID device is configured to transmit to the transmitter device an ID which is linked with a special transportation service in the elevator system. The elevator system comprises a memory with correlated operation parameters of the elevators which are linked to the particular special transportation service request of the ID device, whereby the ID device is configured to transmit ID data and/or a call with a departure floor and destination floor to the allocation control. The transmitter device is located within a transmitter accommodation space located at least in the vicinity of an elevator, whereby the transmitter device is located in the vicinity of a tag carrying a symbol correlated to the special transportation service.
Seamless tracking of passenger flow within an elevator cabin
The present invention relates to tracking of a passenger flow in an elevator car. A passenger flow tracking system for an elevator car according to the present invention includes: a first Bluetooth module installed in the elevator car, the first Bluetooth module being configured to broadcast a first Bluetooth signal that can substantially cover the interior of the elevator car and receive a response fed back by a personal mobile terminal carried by a passenger inside the elevator car; and a passenger flow determining unit configured to at least determine, based on a change in the received response, that the passenger leaves and/or enters the elevator car.
Communication for elevator service request
Communication for an elevator service request in the field of elevator technologies. A wireless signal device for broadcasting a wireless signal according to the present invention is capable of communicating with an elevator controller of an elevator system, establishing a wireless connection with a personal mobile terminal based on the wireless signal, receiving an elevator service request command from the personal mobile terminal, and sending the received elevator service request command to the elevator controller for elevator service control. The wireless signal device comprises: an elevator service request command responding unit configured to generate an elevator service request command data packet that has been responded to according to the elevator service request command that has been received; and a broadcasting unit configured to broadcast the elevator service request command data packet that has been responded to.
BIOMETRIC PRE-IDENTIFICATION
A station device in a biometric pre-identification system uses identity to perform one or more actions. Identities are determined (such as via a backend) using biometric information. A biometric pre-identification device obtains biometric information and/or a digital representation thereof from a person approaching the station device. The biometric pre-identification device transmits such to the station device, facilitating the station to begin and/or perform various actions. The station device begins or performs the actions using the identity determined based on the biometric information before the person arrives at the station device.

ELEVATOR ROPING SWAY MONITORING SYSTEM
An illustrative example embodiment of system includes at least one detector that detects a horizontal position of elevator roping at a selected vertical location. The detector provides an indication of the horizontal position at the selected vertical location in two dimensions. A processor determines at least an amplitude and a frequency of sway of the elevator roping in each of the two dimensions at the selected vertical location based on the indication from the detector.

An elevator safety system, an elevator system, and an elevator safety control method. The safety system is configured to additionally conduct the elevator safety chain section of the current floor when the elevator hall door is in the abnormally opened state, and at the same time of trying to automatically release the passengers to be rescued, the stability of running or stopping the elevator system is ensured.
