Rail foot holder for fastening a rail of an elevator system
A rail foot holder for fastening a rail in an elevator shaft includes a contact body defining a contact plane and at least one holding device. A first side part of a rail foot arranged between a holding head of the holding device and the contact plane to fasten the rail. A holding dimension between the holding head and the contact plane can be changed to compensate tolerances of the first side part. The holding head can be rotated about an axis of rotation into a fastening position to reduce the holding dimension. A side of the holding head facing the contact plane has a slope against the direction of rotation in at least one fastening region extending around the axis of rotation in the direction of rotation, in which fastening region at least indirect contact between the holding head and the first side part is enabled.
METHOD FOR ERECTING AN ELEVATOR FACILITY
An elevator installation erection method includes installing in an elevator shaft: a construction phase elevator system having a self-propelled elevator car whose usable lifting height is adapted to an increasing elevator shaft height; at least one guide rail in the elevator shaft guiding the elevator car along its travel path; and a drive system driving the elevator car and including a primary part attached to the elevator car and a secondary part attached along the elevator car travel path, wherein the guide rail and the secondary part are gradually extended upwards during the construction phase, wherein the self-propelled elevator car transports persons and/or material for the construction of the building and passengers and freight for floors already used as residential or business premises, and wherein after the elevator shaft has reached its final height the construction phase elevator system is replaced by a final elevator system.
METHOD AND AN ARRAGEMENT FOR INSTALLING ELEVATOR GUIDE RAILS INTO AN ELEVATOR SHAFT
The method comprises installing a lowermost first section of guide rail elements, arranging a movable transport apparatus and a movable transport platform in the shaft, connecting a guide rail element provided with a jointing clamp at each end of the guide rail element to the transport apparatus, moving the transport apparatus with the guide rail element upwards, connecting the guide rail element to an upper end of a row of already installed guide rail elements with a plug-in joint provided by jointing clamps, attaching the guide rail element to a wall of the shaft from the transport platform, moving the transport apparatus downwards in order to fetch a new guide rail element.
ELEVATOR GUIDE RAIL ELEMENT
The elevator guide rail element comprises a guide rail element having a first jointing clamp attached to a lower end of the guide rail element and a second jointing clamp attached to an upper end of the guide rail element. The first and the second jointing clamp forms a plug-in joint between the first and the second jointing clamp and thereby between two consecutive guide rail elements when the first and the second jointing clamp are connected to each other.
METHOD AND AN ARRANGEMENT FOR INSTALLING ELEVATOR GUIDE RAILS INTO AN ELEVATOR SHAFT
The method comprises installing a lowermost first section of guide rail elements, moving a guide rail element upwards along a row of already installed guide rail elements with a transport apparatus, connecting the guide rail element to an upper end of the row of already installed guide rail elements and attaching the guide rail element to a wall of the shaft from a transport platform, moving the transport apparatus downwards along the row of already installed guide rails in order to fetch a new guide rail element.
METHOD AND AN ARRANGEMENT FOR ELEVATOR GUIDE RAIL INSTALLATION
The method comprises measuring the shaft with measuring equipment from a movable transport platform, whereby the form of the shaft and the position of the fastening points for the guide rails is determined based on the information received in the measurement phase, attaching fastening brackets to the guide rail elements and adjusting the fastening brackets based on the measurement results before the installation of the guide rails takes place so that the guide rail elements provided with the fastening brackets can be lifted in the shaft and attached to the fastening points without further adjustment of the fastening brackets.
ALIGNMENT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING A GUIDE RAIL IN AN ELEVATOR SHAFT OF AN ELEVATOR SYSTEM
A method for mounting a guide rail in an elevator system elevator shaft first carries out mounting steps by a mounting device having a carrier component, an installation component and a control apparatus controlling the installation component. The control apparatus determines, on the basis of an actual position of the mounting device and a desired position of a guide rail to be installed, a position of a marking on a shaft wall of the elevator shaft relative to the actual position of the mounting device. Based on the marking, an installation step determines the desired position of the guide rail. The marking is applied to the shaft wall by the installation component. The previous steps are followed by the steps of alignment the guide rail in relation to the marking and fastening the guide rail to the shaft wall, which steps can be performed manually by an installer.
Automated mounting device for performing assembly jobs in an elevator shaft of an elevator system
A mounting device for performing an assembly process in an elevator shaft of an elevator system includes a support component and a mechatronic assembly component. The support component moves within the elevator shaft. The assembly component is retained on the support component and carries out a mounting step in an at least partially automatic manner during the assembly process. The support component includes a fastening part that secures the support component and/or the assembly component in a direction extending transversely to the vertical, i.e. for example in a horizontal or lateral direction, within the elevator shaft.
Automated mounting device for performing assembly jobs in an elevator shaft of an elevator system
A mounting device for performing an assembly job in an elevator shaft of an elevator system has a support component and a mechatronic assembly component. The support component is configured to be moved within the elevator shaft. The assembly component is held at the support component and configured to perform a mounting step as part of the assembly job in at least a partially automatic manner. The assembly component can be an industrial robot. The mounting device allows repetitive mounting jobs, such as drilling holes and driving in screws, etc., to be performed in a partially or fully automated manner. The mounting effort, time, and/or costs thereby can be reduced.
MONITORING AND/OR RECORDING A POSITION OF A TOOL IN AN ELEVATOR SHAFT
A system for monitoring and/or recording a position of a tool in an elevator shaft includes a position measuring system for measuring a position of the tool relative to an elevator car; a height measuring system for measuring a height of the elevator car in the elevator shaft; and an evaluation system designed to receive measured data from the position measuring system and the elevation measuring system and to determine a position of the tool relative to the elevator shaft from the measured data.
