ELEVATOR SERVICE REQUEST USING USER DEVICE WITH FILTERED DESTINATION FLOOR SELECTION
Methods and systems for providing and selecting multiple elevator assignments in a destination dispatching system. The method includes obtaining and presenting a primary elevator car assignment associated with a destination request, obtaining and presenting a secondary potential elevator car assignment associated with the destination request, and receiving information associated with a user selection related to at least one of the primary elevator car assignment and secondary potential elevator car assignment. The method also includes requesting, by the user device, a modification of the primary elevator car assignment if the information associated with a user selection indicates a modification is desired by the user; otherwise, continuing with the primary elevator car assignment.
End-To-End Cognitive Elevator Dispatching System
A method and system for controlling elevator dispatch is provided. User data, including user behavior, is collected from a number of users over a specified time period. Elevator use data for a number of elevators in a building is also collected over the specified time period. Applying the user data and elevator use data, an elevator dispatch model is constructed that predicts future elevator use according to predicted user needs. An elevator control system dispatches the elevators according to the dispatch model. The elevator dispatch model is refined according to feedback data collected from users over a subsequent time period.
ELEVATOR ANALYTICS FACILITATING PASSENGER DESTINATION PREDICTION AND RESOURCE OPTIMIZATION
Systems, computer-implemented methods, and computer program products that can facilitate elevator analytics and/or elevator optimization components are provided. According to an embodiment, a system can comprise a memory that stores computer executable components and a processor that executes the computer executable components stored in the memory. The computer executable components can comprise a prediction component that can predict a current destination of an elevator passenger based on historical elevator usage data of the elevator passenger. The computer executable components can further comprise an assignment component that can assign the elevator passenger to an elevator based on the current destination.
ELEVATOR OPERATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE, ELEVATOR OPERATION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
An elevator operation management device (600) performs operation management of a plurality of elevator cars. A machine-learning unit (601) performs machine-learning using operation data which indicates an operation status of the plurality of elevator cars, and generates an operation management algorithm which is an algorithm used for operation management of the plurality of elevator cars. The control unit (602) executes the operation management algorithm generated by the machine-learning unit (601), and performs operation management of the plurality of elevator cars.
AUTOMATIC METHOD OF DETECTING VISUALLY IMPAIRED, PREGNANT, OR DISABLED ELEVATOR PASSENGER(S)
A method for elevator passenger detection including: capturing an image of an elevator passenger approaching an elevator bank to board an elevator car; determining that the elevator passenger is pregnant or disabled in response to the image of the elevator passenger; registering a priority elevator call for the elevator passenger that is pregnant or disabled; and moving the elevator car to the floor landing where the elevator passenger that is pregnant or disabled is located.
Passenger number based call allocation in an elevator system
A method for allocating an elevator in an elevator system constructs passenger batch size distributions for each pair of floors in a building based on passenger batch journeys, each passenger batch journey defining at least the origin and destination floor of the journey, the number of passengers relating to the journey and the time of the journey; receives a call for an elevator; estimates the number of passengers waiting behind the call based on the passenger batch size distributions; and allocates the call to an elevator being able to serve the estimated number of passengers.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVED ELEVATOR SCHEDULING
Methods and systems for controlling elevator systems are provided. The methods include receiving inputs from at least one interactive input device, wherein the inputs include elevator call requests, tracking one or more people located within a monitored area using at least one sensor, assigning elevator assignments to the one or more people based on at least one of the inputs from the at least one interactive input device and a grouping algorithm based on the tracking of the one or more people, and scheduling operation of at least one elevator car based on the elevator assignments.
Depth sensor based passenger sensing for passenger conveyance door control
An passenger conveyance system includes a depth-sensing sensor within a passenger conveyance enclosure for capturing depth map data of objects within a field of view that includes a passenger conveyance door. A processing module is in communication with the depth-sensing sensor to receive the depth map data, the processing module uses the depth map data to track an object and calculate passenger data associated with the tracked object. a passenger conveyance controller receives the passenger data from the processing module to control operation of a passenger conveyance door in response to the passenger data.
Depth sensor based passenger sensing for passenger conveyance control
A passenger conveyance system includes a depth-sensing sensor for capturing depth map data of objects within a field of view adjacent a passenger conveyance door. A processing module in communication with the depth-sensing sensor to receive the depth map data, the processing module uses the depth map data to track an object and calculate passenger data associated with the tracked object, and a passenger conveyance controller to receive the passenger data from the processing module, wherein the passenger conveyance controller controls a passenger conveyance dispatch control function in response to the passenger data.
