Crane counterweight and suspension
Disclosed is a mobile articulated crane having a boom for carrying a load when the crane is stationary and while the crane is mobile. The boom has an end for engaging with a load and an opposed end. The crane further comprises a counterweight attached to the boom at or close to the opposed end of the boom. A rear body of the crane can comprise first and second rear axles, each for supporting the rear body on the ground. The first rear axle can be arranged to be displaced relative to the second rear axle such that wheels of the first rear axle selectively engage or disengage with the ground.

MODULAR UTILITY SYSTEM
A kit of portable modular components for use in demountably configuring a variety of structural assemblies. The kit comprises three types of elongate structural support components wherein the first type has a pair of opposed male ends, the second type has a male end and an opposed female end, and the third type has a pair of opposed female ends, wherein the male ends are configured for demountable engagement with the female ends. Each of the male ends comprises a cylindrical body with at least one linear set of two spaced-apart prongs around the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body. Each of the female ends has a cylindrical receptacle with one or more linear channels for receiving therein the cylindrical body and the at least one linear set of prongs. The female ends are provided with locking assemblies for releasable engagement the male ends.

Pick and carry crane suspension
A crane, in particular a pick and carry crane, may have a front chassis with front wheels and a back chassis with back wheels, the front chassis being articulated relative to the back chassis so that the crane can travel whilst carrying a load suspended from a boom. The back and front wheels have independent suspensions which are capable of connection to one another so that movement of a left wheel influences movement of a right wheel, thereby improving the handing of the crane, particularly over rough terrain.

JIB CRANE MECHANISM
Techniques facilitating increased operational reliability for jib cranes are provided. In one example, a jib crane can comprise a mast, a shaft mechanism, and a rod. The mast can extend vertically from a base structure. The shaft mechanism can be disposed within the mast. The rod can be coupled to a boom arm and can be disposed within the shaft mechanism. Rotation of the rod can facilitate continuous rotation of the boom arm about a longitudinal axis of the rod with respect to the base structure.
Mobile foundation for tower cranes and fast-erecting cranes
The mobile foundation for tower cranes and fast-erecting cranes comprises at least two floor elements made from metal, which may be releasably connected to one another, in particular screwed to one another, wherein the floor elements have anchoring devices for a crane tower. Transportable, reusable ballast weights may be supported on at least one support surface of the foundation. There is provided a passage element having uprights and/or side walls, wherein the uprights or side walls, respectively, have a height of at least 2.1 m, preferably of at least 2.3 m, wherein the passage element may be releasably connected to the floor elements, in particular screwed thereto.
MOBILE CRANE VEHICLE FRAME HAVING DETACHABLY CONNECTED FRAME PARTS
A vehicle frame and a mobile crane having such a vehicle frame includes a first frame part and a second frame part which can be detachably connected to each other via a common interface. The interface includes multiple points at which it is bolted to bolting elements assigned to the respective frame parts. The interface also includes at least one profile along which it engages with engaging elements assigned to the respective frame parts which, when the bolting elements are aligned with each other, are in a mutually positive-fit engagement across their extent.
