TILT HOISTS AND LUMBER UNSTACKING SYSTEMS
The present disclosure provides embodiments of tilt hoists and lumber unstacking systems with a rotation table, a tier alignment system, or both. The rotation table may include a base and a tilt frame supported on the base. The tier alignment system may include an alignment beam and an actuator operable to raise and lower one end of the alignment beam relative to the opposite end to thereby adjust the lateral slope of the spill edge. Optionally, a control system may include distance sensors to detect tiers of lumber as they approach the spill edge and a computer system configured to determine a difference between the lateral slope of the tier and the lateral slope of the spill edge. The computer system may also be configured to automatically adjust the slope of the spill edge to match the slope of the tier before the tier is spilled over the spill edge.
Multi-lift point elevator and methods of using same
A multi-lift point elevator includes a lifting frame for elevating a plane. The lifting frame includes lift stanchions with telescoping tubes controlled by bias connectors extending into the telescoping tubes from leaf springs connected to the lifting frame. The leaf springs are activated by a connector extension, which urges the leaf springs away from the lift stanchions to release the bias connectors from the telescoping tubes to cause the telescoping tubes to extend or retract as a jack elevates or lowers the plane.
Multi-lift point elevator and methods of using same
A multi-lift point elevator includes a lifting frame for elevating a plane. The lifting frame includes lift stanchions with telescoping tubes controlled by bias connectors extending into the telescoping tubes from leaf springs connected to the lifting frame. The leaf springs are activated by a connector extension, which urges the leaf springs away from the lift stanchions to release the bias connectors from the telescoping tubes to cause the telescoping tubes to extend or retract as a jack elevates or lowers the plane.
HOIST FOR VEHICLE WITH INTERCHANGEABLE BODY
Provided in this disclosure is a hoist for raising and mounting an interchangeable vehicle body onto a vehicle chassis. The hoist includes a hoist frame having a pivot end and an elevated end for slidably supporting the interchangeable body. A subframe with a bolt-on assembly is provided for fixedly connecting to the vehicle chassis. A linkage connects the hoist frame to the subframe. The linkage also includes a hinge joint member for raising the elevated end of the hoist frame. A mounting bracket pivotally connects to the pivot end of the hoist frame. The mounting bracket has a bolt-on assembly for fixedly connecting to the vehicle chassis. A winch assembly is retained in the elevated end of the hoist frame and extending to the pivot end for raising the interchangeable body onto the hoist frame.

Shoe Tying Support Assembly
A shoe tying support assembly includes a frame that is positionable on a floor. A scissor lift is movably coupled to the frame and the scissor lift is actuatable between a lifted position and a lowered position. A platform is positioned on the scissor lift and the platform is spaced upwardly from the frame when the scissor lift is actuated into the lifted position. Thus, a user can position their foot on the platform for assisting with tying shoes. A tilting unit is coupled between the scissor lift and the platform and the tilting unit tilts the platform at a selectable angle of deflection from a horizontal plane to enhance comfort for the user to position the user's foot on the platform. A remote control is provided to remotely control the scissor lift and the tilting unit.

Disclosed is a handling system that makes it possible to place a wheeled sleeping unit, particularly a hospital bed, in a high position for a maintenance operation. The system includes a supporting device that is slidably mounted along a guide assembly and is provided with a receiving assembly that is hinged onto one or more vertical slidable portions of the device that are adjacent to a raising area. A sleeping unit can be placed in the area, above a lifting portion defined by the receiving assembly, and a longitudinal side of the unit can be positioned against an abutment surface of the assembly. The receiving assembly includes a holding element that fits into the top of the unit so as to lock the positioning of the unit in the receiving assembly, which makes it possible to change the orientation of the unit after a raising phase.
