GARDENING TRIMMER
A gardening trimmer may include: a first blade; a facing member overlapping with the first blade in a second direction perpendicular to a first direction; and a suppressing structure. Grease may be applied to at least a part of a conversion mechanism. The first blade may include: a plurality of first slots; and a plurality of pairs of first connecting portions, wherein each pair of the first connecting portions is disposed at opposite ends of corresponding one of the first slots in a third direction perpendicular to the first and second directions. The suppressing structure may be configured to suppress the grease from moving toward a front end of the first blade in the first direction. The suppressing structure may be disposed on the facing member at a position facing at least one pair of in the second direction when the first blade reciprocates relative to the facing member.
Reciprocating blade apparatus and handheld working machine
A reciprocating blade apparatus includes a pair of reciprocating blades stacked on one another in a thickness direction, and a transmission case including a power train configured to reciprocate the pair of reciprocating blades. The power train includes a pair of eccentric cams, and a pair of reciprocating members including fitting holes in which the eccentric cams are fitted, respectively. The pair of reciprocating members is guided to be able to move along an axis line which is parallel to a moving direction of the pair of reciprocating blades and runs through a rotation axis of the eccentric cams.
RECIPROCATING CUTTING BLADE APPARATUS
The reciprocating cutting blade apparatus includes: a pair of reciprocating cutting blades disposed to overlap one another in a thickness direction; a support member configured to reciprocably support the reciprocating cutting blades in a longitudinal direction; and an adjustment mechanism configured to adjust a gap between the reciprocating cutting blades on a lower surface side of the support member. The adjustment mechanism includes: a screw hole provided in the support member; an adjustment screw including an external thread configured to threadedly engage with the screw hole through long holes provided in the reciprocating cutting blades; and a nut configured to threadedly engage with the external thread protruding from an upper surface of the support member to fix the external thread to the support member. The external thread protruding from the upper surface of the support member includes an operated portion configured to be operated to turn the adjustment screw.
BOOM MOWER FOR A UTILITY VEHICLE
A boom mower having a frame, a boom assembly carried by the frame, a cutting mechanism operably engaged with the boom assembly, and at least one translation assembly operably engaged with the boom assembly and the cutting mechanism that moves the cutting mechanism in one or more of the first movement, the second movement, and the third movement. There is a break-away mechanism that enables the cutting mechanism to pivot relative to the at least one translation assembly.
Plant treatment system and method
Described are systems and methods for treating and/or helping prevent microbial infections on plants and trees by applying a treatment solution to cut areas of the plants or trees that have been exposed during a hedging or topping operation, or the like. The method can include providing a liquid application system including treatment liquid, wherein the liquid application system is integrated with at least one of a motorized hedging and/or topping vehicle, wherein the liquid application dispenses the treatment liquid at a controlled rate of flow from the one or more nozzles and the treatment liquid is applied directly and uniformly from the one or more nozzles on the second boom to the one or more cut areas at the controlled rate of flow.
SYSTEM FOR HEDGE PRUNING AND METHOD FOR MAKING AND USING THE SAME
System for hedge pruning and method for making and using the same. An exemplary system for hedge pruning includes a mounting assembly for connecting to a mobile platform, the mounting assembly defining a pivot point region thereon, a cutting arm rotatably coupled to the mounting assembly at the pivot point region. And a blade assembly connected to an end region of the cutting arm such that the blade assembly prunes a hedge along an arc defined based upon rotation of the cutting arm about the pivot point region. Advantageously, the system provides an ability to discriminate selected plants in a hedge to improve grove health and exploit alternate bearing nature of certain groves, resulting in a more consistent production each year. Differentiated treatment can be provided within a row of the plants while pruning the hedges in an automated manner that is more efficient than manual pruning.
Cutting work machine
The present invention provides a cutting work machine, wherein a cutter unit includes upper and lower blades, which are connected to an upper cutter support, and a guard member that is provided on the upper cutter support. Both blades reciprocate in opposite front-back directions. The guard member includes a guard plate that projects to the right from the upper cutter support and a fixed blade that projects to the left from the upper cutter support. Front edge portions of the guard plate and the fixed blade are positioned forward of foremost cutting edges of both blades. The fixed blade faces forward against the foremost cutting edge of the upper blade.

BUSH CUTTING SYSTEM AND BUSH CUTTING METHOD
A bush cutting system includes a plurality of support posts, a cable supported by the support posts, a winding device operable to wind the cable, a lifting and lowering device that is connected to the cable, and is movable in the air when the winding device winds the cable, and a bush cutting device that is hung from the lifting and lowering device, and cuts plants.
PRUNING APPARATUS
A vine or cane pruning apparatus, comprising a toothed wheel for guiding the pruning apparatus over vegetation in use, the wheel comprising a multiplicity of generally radially projecting teeth distributed about the periphery of the wheel for catching vegetation between gaps of the teeth, and wherein the wheel rotates by consequence of its engagement with the vegetation and vine or cane posts as the apparatus is driven along a row of vines or canes for pruning; and a driven rotary cutter mounted co-axially to the wheel for cutting vegetation caught between the teeth, the cutter being configured such that its effective cutting area falls within the diameter of the wheel.
