Beverage Container Opener
A combination handle clamp, beverage bottle and can opener having a generally curved shaped body and integral attachment point to allow connection to other personal item such as a key ring. A secondary and tertiary integral curved section form a pair of loading points for fixing open a handle-trigger assembly and incorporate a gripping edge to facilitate opening a crimped or vacuum sealed bottle top. The tertiary curved section additionally functions as a second clamp position for the larger handles and also doubles as a pry mechanism to assist opening a pop-top can. The said gripping edge of the invention which contacts with said bottle top to be constructed of a durable material that won't abrade from its intended use.
Multi-function Levering & Pivoting Device for the Toting of a Personal Water or Beverage Bottle
A multi-function convenience device for the ease of toting a water or beverage bottle to promote responsible behavior in the disposal, recycling, or the reuse of a commercially manufactured container of a personal size. By selecting from an array of connectors a bottle having a neck of virtually any shape or size may be easily affixed to a frame, which may then be subsequently affixed to various parts of clothing, or extraneous accoutrements may be affixed to the device itself, allowing the user of the device to enjoy a hands-free and unencumbered toting experience while keeping their hydrating needs close at hand during all types of dynamic end-use conditions, while providing individuals who are afflicted with impaired hand or finger strength, the ability to further utilize the device to assist in removing various types of small caliber twist-off type caps from bottles, or flip-top lids from containers.

TOOL HAVING ONE OR MORE ROTATABLE TOOL MEMBERS
A tool is provided in order to facilitate utilization by users in a wide variety of applications. By way of example, a multipurpose tool may include first and second handles configured for relative movement between a closed position and an open position. At least the first handle includes an axle extending thereacross. The multipurpose tool also includes one or more tool members rotatably mounted upon the axle and foldable into the first handle and first and second jaws rotatably connected to the first and second handles, respectively. At least the first jaw defines an opening through which the axle of the first handle extends. The multipurpose tool further includes a resilient member disposed at least partially within the opening in order to apply a bias force to the first jaw during rotation of the first jaw relative to the first handle.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR UNSCREWING A LID FROM A CONTAINER BODY
A device (1, 1) for at least partially unscrewing a lid (30) from a container body (31) has a lid engagement portion (3) and a container body engagement portion (13) each having opposite first (4, 14) and second ends (5, 15). Levers (20, 21) project from these first ends (4,14). An elastically expandable member (22) is connected between the second ends (5, 15) of the lid engagement portion (3) and the container body engagement portion (13). If the lid engagement portion (3) is in contact with the lid (30) and the container body engagement portion (13) is in contact with the container body (31), moving the levers (20, 21) towards each other first causes the lid (30) to be entrained relative to the container body engagement portion (13) and the container body (31) to be entrained relative to the lid engagement portion (3) while the elastically expandable member (22) is stretched.
