Tool having one or more rotatable tool members
A tool is provided in order to facilitate utilization by users in a wide variety of applications. By way of example, a multipurpose tool may include first and second handles configured for relative movement between a closed position and an open position. At least the first handle includes an axle extending thereacross. The multipurpose tool also includes one or more tool members rotatably mounted upon the axle and foldable into the first handle and first and second jaws rotatably connected to the first and second handles, respectively. At least the first jaw defines an opening through which the axle of the first handle extends. The multipurpose tool further includes a resilient member disposed at least partially within the opening in order to apply a bias force to the first jaw during rotation of the first jaw relative to the first handle.
SCREW CAP TWISTING TOOL
A screw cap twisting tool uses two primary membersa stationary member with gripping surface(s) and a high-mechanical-advantage-for-gripping pivoting member with gripping surface(s)to easily and effectively grip and twist a screw cap. The screw cap twisting tool is easily operated by pushing the screw cap against the pivoting member. A screw cap twisting tool also uses a method for holding the pivoting member in its most open position before screw cap insertion. This method for holding the pivoting member in its most open position can be accomplished in numerous ways by using a force opposing feature, member, or mechanism that allows movement and/or deformation when force is applied and restores position and/or shape when force is removed. Examples include, but are not limited to: built-in elastic metal or plastic material, separate metal or plastic spring, separate elastic O-ring or rubber band, gravity, or magnetism.

Beverage container opener
A combination handle clamp, beverage bottle and can opener having a generally curved shaped body and integral attachment point to allow connection to other personal item such as a key ring. A secondary and tertiary integral curved section form a pair of loading points for fixing open a handle-trigger assembly and incorporate a gripping edge to facilitate opening a crimped or vacuum sealed bottle top. The tertiary curved section additionally functions as a second clamp position for the larger handles and also doubles as a pry mechanism to assist opening a pop-top can. The said gripping edge of the invention which contacts with said bottle top to be constructed of a durable material that won't abrade from its intended use.

APPARATUS FOR REMOVAL OF A FRUIT WEDGE AND CAP FROM A BEVERAGE BOTTLE AND METHODS OF USE
Disclosed herein are various forms of beverage tools. The beverage tools comprise a bottle cap remover portion to remove a bottle cap from a bottle and a solids remover portion for removing debris from the inside of a bottle. The solids removal portion comprises a post extending from the bottle cap remover portion. At a distal end of the post are one or more barbs extending from a lateral side of the post and swept toward the bottle cap remover portion. In one form, a rigid bottle opener is housed in a head housing from which the post extends. In another form the post and the rigid bottle opener are a single uniform part. A novel method for removing debris from a bottle using the beverage tools is disclosed.

Lock-blade knife for cooking purposes
A lock-blade knife for cooking purposes comprises a housing, a blade pivotally attached to the housing and a locking mechanism. The blade is rotatable relative to the housing between a closed position and a least one cutting position. The locking mechanism is configured to lock the blade in the at least one cutting position. The locking mechanism comprises a biasing member, an engagement structure, and a grasping member. The engagement structure is disposed on the blade, and the grasping member is displaceable from a locking position into a releasing position. The grasping member is biased into the releasing position. The grasping member is in engagement with the engagement structure in the locking position when cutting to lock the blade in position. The blade is rotatable between the cutting position and the closed position when the grasping member is manually displaced into the releasing position.
