ADJUSTABLE SLEEPING PILLOW THAT BALANCES THE BODY PRESSURE RATIO
The present invention provides a kind of sleeping pillow complying with the spinal medical theories, including the pillow case and fillers. The space enclosed by the said pillow case is divided into the isolated head bearing area and neck bearing area, and the said head bearing area is divided into the middle dented face-up sleeping head bearing area and the side sleeping head bearing area whose sides are higher. The said neck bearing area is divided into the face-up sleeping neck bearing area set in the middle and the side sleeping neck bearing area set on both sides of the said face-up sleeping neck bearing area. The height of the said the side sleeping neck bearing area is not lower than that of the said face-up sleeping neck bearing area. The adjustable sleeping pillow in the present invention that makes the body pressure balanced has a standalone head bearing area and neck bearing area, which can avoid random movement of fillers to ensure the stability of the pillow shape; moreover, the head bearing area is provided with the face-up sleeping and side sleeping bearing areas at different heights, which make a human head feel naturally comfortable while a person is sleeping. The neck bearing area can make the neck closely fit to the sleeping pillow during side sleeping and face-up sleeping giving the neck a mild support force.
WORK STATION OF A SYSTEM FOR PACKAGING PILLOWS
Described is a work station of a system for packaging pillows of the type comprising a magazine for stacked covers, a unit for transferring one single cover at a time on an operating line and a sewing machine. The work station comprises at least two tensioning lines, slidable parallel to the movement of the operating line for the entry of their free ends inside the cover and translatable transversely to the movement of the operating line for keeping the cover in the open configuration. At least one rotatable gripper, for clamping the end flap of the cover and its folding on the cover, defines an end turn-up. The work station also comprises an apparatus for inserting padding inside the cover.

Bed Mattress and Proceeding Making the Same
An overlay mattress includes a foil mattress of plastic material in a surrounding envelope of textile material. The foil mattress has channels and a preferably self-closing valve for filling air into the channels that are also at least partly filled with fibers of so-called ball fiber and/or with foam plastics, at least in such an amount that the plastic material of the foil mattress is mutually separated. The channels extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the mattress, and the channels are interconnected via air passages. Methods of manufacturing such an overlay mattress are also disclosed.

PILLOW INCLUDING GELATINOUS ELASTOMER CUSHIONING MATERIALS
A pillow includes a first pillow cushion consisting essentially of a gelatinous elastomer that is sized and configured to support a head and neck of a person using the pillow cushion and a second pillow cushion coupled thereto. The pillow cushion has deformable wall members located and configured to define voids therebetween such that the deformable wall members may be displaced into adjacent voids upon deformation of the deformable wall members. The deformable wall members are configured to buckle when a pressure applied to a cushioning surface of the first pillow cushion, in a direction perpendicular to a first major surface, exceeds a threshold pressure level. A pillow cover covers the first pillow cushion and the second pillow cushion. A method of fabricating a pillow includes enclosing such first and second pillow cushions in a pillow cover.

AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR INSERTING IN AN HOMOGENEOUS AND METERED MANNER INTO STUFFED ARTICLES OF VARIOUS KIND, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY CLOTHES ARTICLES, OF STUFFING MATERIAL OF VARIOUS KIND SUCH AS FOR EXAMPLE POLYESTER FIBRES, PLUMAGE AND THE LIKE. ADAPTED TO MAINTAIN THE HEAT INTO THE SAME ARTICLES
Automatic machine for inserting in an homogeneous and metered manner into stuffed articles of various kind, in particular but not exclusively clothes articles, of stuffing material of various kind such as polyester fibers, plumage and the like, adapted to maintain the heat into the same articles. Machine into which it is introduced the stuffing material contained into bags or containers provided by the producing and transforming firms of the same material, and such material is introduced and collected into a collecting and stocking container, from which the material is let to fall into underlying weighing containers communicating with the container, for weighing the material by loading cells, and the weighed material is subsequently transferred into an injection station adapted to insert and inject the same material into the pockets or spaces of each clothes article. There are described in detail the conformation of these component parts and the remaining operative component parts of the machine, as well as all the operations which are carried out for setting and controlling the different operative cycles of the machine.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEADREST, AND HEADREST
A headrest in which a pad layer is integrally formed, including a portion with a narrow gap, between a mechanism having various types of incorporated functions and a skin member. A shock absorbing member that is an injection-passage-forming member having a foaming raw material injection passage formed so as to run substantially along a direction that is the vertical direction of the headrest in orientation of when a seat is attached, is set in the inside of a skin member, and a foaming raw material for forming the pad layer is injected through the foaming raw material injection passage. The configuration preferably causes the foaming raw material to spread by the foaming start time, as the foaming raw material spreads to the outer side of the headrest, that is, to the inner surface of the skin member, where the pad layer is required to be formed.
