The clamp arrangement (60) comprises a clamp ring (61) mounted to the first and/or second coupling and a clamp locked mounted to the clamp ring (61). The clamp ring (61) comprises an inner circumference (62) adjustable between clamped and unclamped configurations. In the clamped configuration the clamp ring (61) is for maintaining the first and second couplings (20, 40) in a coupled configuration. The clamp lock (80) is adjustable into a locked configuration to lock the clamp ring (61) in the clamped configuration. The clamp lock (80) comprises a clamp actuator (81) moveable radially relative to the inner circumference (62) to unlock the clamp lock (80) from the locked configuration.
Stress Urinary Incontinence Device
A stress urinary incontinence device is provided to limit or prevent leakage of urine in an individual. The device includes a body comprising an inner portion surrounded by an outer portion. The outer portion comprises biocompatible material and has a contact face opposing a guide face. The contact face is configured to occlude the urethral opening of the individual. A guide having an interior portion surrounded by an exterior portion projects from the guide face to aid in the application of the device onto the urethral meatus beneath the inner labia and above the vaginal opening of the individual. The device comprises materials that render it reusable.
In-Line Urinalysis System and Method
Disclosed herein is a system for performing urinalysis of transurethral patients. The system includes a tubing set to receive urine from a urethral catheter. A detector assembly is operatively coupled between the tubing set and a urinalysis module coupled. The system can perform urinalysis of a urine sample disposed within the tubing set and render urinalysis information on a display of the module. Also disclosed is a method of performing urinalysis that can include operations of: (i) placing a urine sample within a cuvette of a urinalysis system, the cuvette including a lumen extending between an inlet and an outlet; (ii) projecting coherent light into the sample; (iii) collecting output light exiting the sample; (iv)extracting urinalysis data from the collected light; and (v) rendering urinalysis results on a display of the system.

OSTOMY PRODUCT WITH MESH INTERNAL COLLECTION MEMBER FOR GAS PASSAGE
An ostomy pouch has a body side wall and a distal side wall defining a collection chamber. An opening is provided in the body side wall. A barrier is operably mounted to the body side wall over the opening. The barrier has an inlet opening. An internal collection member is mounted to the barrier. The internal collection member includes a tubular net having a first open end and a second closed end, and a ring-shaped capsule for storing the net inside the capsule in a collected manner. The ring-shaped capsule has an open central region and is mounted to the barrier with the capsule open central region and the barrier inlet opening aligned with one another to define a pouch inlet. The capsule extends into the pouch collection chamber and the first open end of the net is mounted to the capsule overlying the pouch inlet. Excretion is inlet to the pouch and is discharged into the net, paying out the net.
Drainable ostomy appliance
A drainable ostomy appliance including: first and second walls connected to each other at or near their peripheries, the first wall having a stoma-receiving opening; a collecting cavity defined between the first and second walls; a connection member connected to the first wall for attaching the appliance to a user or for attaching the appliance to a flange for attaching the appliance to a user; an outlet which extends away from the stoma-receiving opening, the outlet terminating at an opening; and a first stiffening member positioned immediately adjacent the opening on a wall of the outlet facing the user, in use, the first stiffening member extending across the outlet; and a second stiffening member positioned next to the first stiffening member, further away from the outlet than the first stiffening member and on the same wall as the first stiffening member, the second stiffening member also extending across the outlet.
Fluid collection garments
Examples relate to garments, systems, and methods for fluid collection or removing fluids from a fluid collection device. The fluid collection garments include a fabric body configured to be worn on the pelvis of a wearer, where the fabric body has a port thereon or therein, where the port holds a fluid collection device therein. The fluid collection device is shaped to complement the female anatomy or male anatomy near the urethra. The fluid collection device can include a vacuum source in fluid communication with the fluid collection device via one or more sections of conduit.
