Apparatus for sexual activity usage
A garment assembly useful for sexual intercourse between a first user and a second user when the penetration of a body-extending member into a body orifice is either not possible or unwanted. The garment assembly includes a front and back panel covering and a crotch piece with the appearance of an ordinary garment normally found in a public environment such as one having the appearance of underwear. A fluid-impenetrable receiver attached to the front panel of the garment assembly will operate as a substitute for a body-orifice. The receiver includes an entryway adjoined to an interior cavity sized to accommodate a body-extending member. A preferred interior cavity includes sexually-interactive textured material for engagement with the body-extending member during use.

Long-lasting and degradable implant compositions
Described are methods for reversible occlusion of a body lumen by way of degradation as a result of exposure to one or more stimuli such as light. The methods include administering one or more substance(s) into a body lumen of a subject and forming a stimuli-responsive polymer mass in the body lumen from the one or more substance(s). The mass is sufficient to occlude the body lumen in a manner that prevents transport of at least one material through the body lumen and is susceptible to on-command reversal in the body lumen upon exposure to one or more stimuli. The methods include administering one or more stimuli to a polymer mass in a body lumen for a time and intensity to cause the reverse the polymer mass. The methods are particular useful for applications in which it is desirable to temporarily occlude a body lumen, such as male and female contraception.
SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR INTERRUPTING THE LIFE CYCLE OF SPERM
A system and apparatus for interrupting the life cycle of sperm includes a seat upon which a user sits in a coupling position on the seat. The seat includes one or more acoustic transducers that are driven by a controller to emit acoustic waves to a region of the user's anatomy responsible for producing sperm. The user is subjected to the acoustic waves such that sperm in the user are rendered immotile.

Back body support for posture correction or pain relief
The present disclosure provides a back body support 1000 that is provided with the related assemblies, such as a primary elongated cushion member 100, a secondary elongated cushion member 200, a headrest extension member 300, a flexible seating support member 400, a tail bone and buttocks support member 500, a rigid seat member 600, and a posture correction member 700, which may be coupled to one another to provide one or more combinations to be used by a user in one or more ways, such as while sitting or while walking, to provide support to back portion thereof, particularly, along the spine, and pelvis and buttock portion of a body of the user.
Interrupting the life cycle of sperm
A method of interrupting the life cycle of sperm that includes subjecting a user to a first and a second treatment session in a male birth-control cycle. The first treatment session including a mature-sperm inhibition step of emitting, through at least one transducer, an amount energy for a predetermined period of time that is directed to the entire male reproductive system including but not limited to at least one of an epididymal tubules and an ejaculation ducts of the user, via a constant coupling configuration of the transducer with the user, to render a plurality of sperm transported therein to be immotile. The second treatment session includes subjecting the user to the mature-sperm inhibition step before a sperm-maturation time whereby sperm carried by the user are in a mature state.

METHOD OF OBTAINING MALE CONTRACEPTION
There is provided a method for controlling a flow of fluid in the vas deferens in order to obtain a controlled male contraception. The method comprises gently constricting (i.e., without substantially hampering the blood circulation in the tissue wall) at least one portion of the tissue wall to influence the flow vas deferens, and stimulating the constricted wall portion to cause contraction of the wall portion to further influence the flow in the vas deferens. The method can be used for restricting or stopping the flow in the vas deferens, or for actively moving the fluid in the vas deferens, with a low risk of injuring the organ.
Reversible contraceptive implant system and method
A contraceptive or occlusion system for restricting and later opening up a reproductive tract or lumen of the vas deferens. The system is adapted to be reversible after implantation, including implantation on, around or within the vas deferens. A method and system to reconnect a severed body lumen, such as the vas deferens, is also provided.
